DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
We had two rooms for two nights for a family wedding. The rooms were both like a sauna the entire stay. We had x3 fans going, but they simply moved around the extremely hot air. Literally no circulation or extraction. We all had 2-3 hours sleep maximum each night. We had to prop the bedroom doors open during the night & during the day when getting ready. Other people in the corridor were doing the same. Everyone we met said how awful it was. Staff told us there was a problem. It was very abnormal! Never known anything like it!!! Premium Inn will not issue a refund, following big complaints. Even though they say they pride themselves in their customers having a good nights sleeps! ?Good night sleep promise??..What a load of cr*p! We had to complain each night & upon leaving.
We strongly recommend you do not stay here! Lots of people on the same corridor said the same thing.

I agree with other reviewers that staff and location are fabulous. I had been waiting for someone to show up in reception so I could check in and had been waiting at least 5 min. Agnes came in for her shift immediately assessed the situation, got me checked in, information etc. Wonderful person who should be promoted! Cleaning staff were jolly. There was a large standard floor fan and it was already turned to cool the room. Location is great for getting around. You can walk to the Sainsbury's and other things. Watch the roads as it's all roundabouts and loads of exits. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you, Agnes, for your smile and help.

Well after a 6hr drive I arrived and all I wanted was to get in my room and then the fun started, tried the card on the door no joy, and again still no joy back to reception, to get another card cut, and then back all the time with my bags etc, and yes still not working tried and tried and nothing back to reception, the lady was great as I said it wasn't her fault but the door should have been checked prior to people staying as looks like the batteries have gone low, went to get some food and left the receptionist with the problem to solve arrived back to be told getting moved to another room, which yes the door opened and all was alright till needing the WiFi which was horrendous just not working and unable to do any work, tried again next morning and still no WiFi...
Food and drinks: Had breakfast which was good well cooked and plenty to go at, nice hot good food and what a premier inn should be like..

The hotel and staff are lovely very friendly and spotlessly clean.
For me, with young children, the location on a busy roundabout was not ideal, but I can see how convenient it is for contractors working nearby.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd be looked after. Agnes was amazing. She had a genuine interest in us and listened. It was our daughters birthday the next day. We woke up to find a banner, balloons and a card/gift. Agnes also offered us great advice where to go, what to see. She was fantastic and the hotel was very comfortable.

This hotel does not have air con, it's like a sweat lodge in the room do not stay here.
The receptionist says there's no air con but they have a sheet saying to put it on.
Brought the paper to the receptionist and she dismissed this saying it was for the radiator, I read it out to her saying it says turn the switch to cool the room.
Asked to switch rooms, said she was fully booked without checking the computer, car park is virtually empty, it's a Tuesday and they have 200 odd rooms.
Poor service, will advise my company to stop using this establishment.

Rooms are okay, although the floor upstairs is quite creaky, had the misfortune of staying on the ground floor with some very heavy-footed people staying upstairs; the stomps being accentuated by the creaky floor. Otherwise is a convenient location for the A38. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed at Plymouth East when attending my friend?s wedding in Plymouth. The hotel is very well located, near A38.
Staff were absolutely amazing, big shout out to Agnes, Dawn and Cassidy who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. And you can?t beat Premier Inn breakfast. Always delicious and plenty of. Highly recommended!

Just arrived and hour ago, always nice to stay here, working away from home so booked here again, friendly staff always available to help with what ever your needs are.
Rooms: Very nice and clean rooms, You can have your room cleaned if you ask reception, very good and friendly staff.
Bed is comfy and pillows are soft, always a good sleep in premier inn.
Walkability: There is a Sainsbury's right opposite the hotel, across the road is KFC , Macdonald's, ect, A Ski slope is also near by.
Food & drinks: The hotel has a restaurant and bar, food is very nice and good value, has TVs and plenty of tables, busy on weekends so you may well want to book your table.
