Absolutely terrible. I would never come here if not absolutely necessary. I always dredd coming in because I know there will be a queue of 20+ people and I will be in line for over 40 minutes with just one till open but there will be another member of staff just pottering about the queue, taking people to self service but not helping get the majority of the queue down.When I do eventually get seen I'm usually greeted by hostility. There always seems to be a problem with what I send. I once tried to send something as a letter which did fit through the letter hole but was turned away because it has to 'fall through the hole'. Absolute joke.Some staff members are calm and kind but for the most part they are rude for no reason.

Always a queue because there are never enough tills open. It was the worst mistake closing the old post office opposite Bretonside. One person open on Christmas eve at 4pm, with 20 people in the queue. The management clearly does not know how to manage.

Absolute joke of a staff member working today. A queue of roughly 5 people, all in at 5pm. Closing time listed as 5.30pm. She turned every person in the queue away claiming ?it would take too long?. If she?s not going to work, she shouldn?t be paid. Waste of tax payers money on her salary.

Dread going into branch as the que is always so long. Only a few members of staff working when the que is down to the stairs. Nasty ladies working at the counter too. Very mean and poor service. The staff should be given customer service training and extra staff is needed

How am I meant to use the Post Office when the queue runs the whole length of the shop?And no, I won?t spend over one hour standing in line. Not acceptable. Need more staff, and/or more efficient ones. Something is going badly wrong here.

Went today, yes had to Q for nearly an hour but the 1 member of staff serving as all was amazing, most had long requests but although that smile should have been a scream ?, she was very helpful and did her job perfectly and made sure every customer had every bit of help they needed. She really needs to be cloned. She was 1 in a million, 5 +?

We frequently use there drop & go service to send off our parcels & we frequently use this store. Today a lady called ?Mel? acted very rude & aggressive. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. As I stated above we use this a lot & she refused to send my parcel via drip & go, because ?they don?t do it there? ?she does not know anything about it?. (Even though we use it a lot).. more training is needed, and more staff is needed to take the stress off people like Mel. As when the staff are stressed and unhappy it clearly shows in their customer service!. She made me feel uncomfortable & stupid. Have a great day Mel ??

It shouldn?t b open !!! 1.5 hour in the queue and notes all around the walls there?s never reason for violence what is your reason to keep me there for 1.5 hour!! It?s just not working staff doesn?t know how self service works!! Just go back to the pigeons and start all over again ruined my day off

I went there at half past 3, and only one counter was open for postal services. I queued here for 10 minutes, but the queue didn't move at all. There was such a long queue that it became obvious I would have to queue for at least 40 minutes more when I only wanted to return a parcel. I left for another branch.

Its been a while since I have have needed to go in here but still awful. The queue was back to the stairs. Grumpy woman was more interested in chatting to someone else. No hello thankyou nothing.

So I needed to go here today and after reading all the negative reviews i was expecting a bad experience. However that was not the case. I saw a lovely lady called Jane who was kind and polite and helped me to do something I hadn?t done before without making me feel stupid for not knowing! I think people are often so quick to write down when they?ve had a negative experience but aren?t when they?ve had a positive one. So here?s a thank you to Jane, you were really helpful
