Recently saw Rumours of Fleetwood Mac on 5th April and they were still as good as ever. However our evening was marred by a drunken rabble of at least thirty people who were allowed to congregate at the side of floor seating. They were loud during the first session but became increasingly vocal during the second culminating in a series of scuffles with Security staff. Why are these people allowed to stand and create such a nuisance. ? It appeared that they were allowed to move between the bar area and the auditorium at will and still drinking. Really poor management!

Trying to enjoy the ABBA VOYAGE unfortunately spoiled by the people in front of our seats dancing and blocking our view of the performance. After paying £31 per seat I expected better

My wife and I went to see The Dubliners Encore there last Saturday. The performers had to battle dreadful acoustics, the sound was awful, nothing against them whatsoever but listening wasn?t a pleasure. The actual building wasn?t the best place to enjoy a concert either, other than the sound we felt we were sitting on tatty seats in a scruffy warehouse. Needless to say we won?t be returning.

Came to see Bowling For Soup on the 11th Feb and I must say why can you not better organise the queue system to get in? The queue snaked for about 200yds and the people queuing seemed to make their own minds up about where it went, where it ended etc. I have been to massive gigs with 100,000+ people and you are in no doubt where it I'd, where it goes and where it ends. I saw 1 lady wearing "SECURITY" garb and she couldn't have been more uninterested if she tried. Luckily it was dry (but bloomin' cold) so nobody got wet. You needed just another small handful of staff (loads inside where it was warm) to sort the confusion. Also, once inside and the acts started they were so loud all I could hear is shouted mumbles most of the time so maybe have a word with your sound engineers.

Been here a few times now. Takes a while to get in. It?s ran ok but the bar was only open for a short time in between intervals and I didn?t get served in time. They needed more staff on.

Bar pricing was a little high, but... The music choice and atmosphere were spot on from the live band. It was nice to go on a works Christmas do where everyone got on their feet and danced.

Fantastic gig but hall is a bit too "sparse"?
