Had our food delivered this evening, found a hair mixed in with toppings in the first bite! Rang to get a replacement, was very polite about it and the first guy I spoke to handled it wonderfully and was really apologetic?
However, once transferred to the manager it all went downhill. Very unhelpful, uninterested and unapologetic. Stated I had to send proof of hair and pizza to prove I wasn?t ?scamming? them. I explained the pizza only had one bite missing and I was happy to return it. He went on to say until they?d carried out the necessary checks their end, they could not send a replacement or offer a refund.
As requested the hair and pizza was emailed over, to which the reply we got via phone call, was no one here had that colour hair and there?s nothing we can do.
When I asked for proof that the hair colours of staff could be sent to prove that he wasn?t scamming me out of my money, he replied they couldn?t do that.
Not really sure where the manager learnt his level of customer service, but as someone who also works in hospitality, I?m happy to offer any advice on how to handle a customer complaint appropriately :)
Sat here with a hairy pizza, going free if anyone wants it

What has happened to the hut?! Ordered 2 Margaritas for delivery and they were terrible. Horrible dry, hard base. Hardly any cheese, and they were cold. Nowhere near as good as it used to be. It was like eating a cheap no frills supermarket pizza. They seem to be trying to cut their overheads by skimping on everything that used to make their pizzas really nice, but of course the price is still the same. Shame. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I popped into the shop to grab a quick bite and was not disappointed.The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The crust was crispy, and the toppings were generous. I am not a big pizza fan, but I would definitely go back to try other topping. The staff was friendly and the ordering process was easy, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Pizza Hut and would definitely order from them again.

I can highly recommend ordering a pizza from here. My son and I have been on a ward for over 2 weeks at Derriford Hospital so we went on the website and ordered a pizza for a change. Ordering on line was easy and It was delivered to the main entrance at the time stated on our order and it made my 16 year old very happy. Well worth the money to see him smile ?

Ordered for delivery but unfortunately they didn?t have pineapple in stock and had to get some from another store. Received a phone call explaining the situation and that there would be a delay but was offered sides/drinks to apologise.
When food arrived, it was great quality and the delivery driver was friendly.
