Good food but clearly understaffed. Food was quite a wait but good when we got it.

Really expensive for what is pretty basic stuff. Decor is looking dated and they operate a cash free system, the ordering is done through an app via a qr code on the table. All in all a soulless, expensive experience.

Arrived juat before 2 PM to a sign on door saying they was reduced availability due to oven failure / staff. People in front were directly seated. We were ignored for about 10 minutes, and then told we could not be seated till 4PM. Left.

Pizzeria found while waiting for the ferry. We were warmly welcomed there as a family. You must order using a QR code. The staff was very friendly. My cutlery was dirty, the bench torn. The meal was relatively good.
Parking: Parking in a commercial area.
Kid-friendliness: Yes

No staff around when we did find someone told to order on app. Tables incredibly sticky and plates still dirty by buffet. The food was lovely so did make up for the rest of the issues.

The Barbican Pizza Hut have got it right. The speed and friendliness of service along with the variety and cost of food make this a great venue The buffet options have expanded and as a vege I enjoyed the variety. My wife is a vegan and eating out can be difficult but Pizza Hut offer some amazing vegan options.
Big shout out to Maggie and Kiela who went out of their way to make the whole meal superb.
Vegetarian options: The buffet had 5 variety of pizzas available along with the salad bar and a vege option of pasta.
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and good vegan options
Parking: Right outside the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: Made for kids and the seating is great for family groups
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and very helpful staff

In my opinion, this is the best pizza available. I love their pan pizza and the toppings are always generously proportioned. And I love the salad bowl.
The people serving were very friendly and helpful but to submit your order you have to download an app and use the app to order. I was glad I had the help of a younger generation to do this.
One thing I didn't like is that you have to pay in advance. Having said that, I can also understand why that might be necessary. But tipping in advance? With hindsight, it wouldn't have been a problem, but in my mind tipping is for service not as an add on for the service you might get.

Went for a meal and the boy said it was £16.99 per person for pizza, soft drink and ice cream. We also got a beer and when we got the bill for the beer they added the soft drink. When we queried it they told us we were getting the pizza and salad and what the boy is was for weekdays and not weekends. The manager didn?t really care that we got told the wrong deal.
The pizza wasn?t that great as it looked like frozen dough.
They need to monitor the salad bar as a lady and her child came up and the child decided to put his hands in the corn.

Very busy and they should have turned us away really but made promises instead. Salad bar was in a state, not topped up the entire time we were there and dirty bowls left all around it. Each compartment mixed in with the next. Our food was sat in the deliver shelf for over 10 minutes before actually being collected by a member of staff.
Ice cream factory filthy and not topped up.
Generally in disarray.

Poor family order went in but my meal was missing told my order went to the back of the queue when the whole order was together also the salad bar was poor doritos soggy potato salad black sweecorn poor
