Ordered a takeaway
Ignoring the fact I?d eaten half of it (very hungry), this was the state of the bruschetta, if you?ve ordered one before you?ll know the tomato normal come finely chopped with onion, I called and they said they couldn?t refund me; I?d have to contact customer service due to ordering on the app, spoke to them but not happy with how it was handled, hard work

Great food and service I had the spicy sausage calone and it was really good, took my grandson and they were really good with him. Overall, it's a great pizzeria

Grabbed some great food from this Pizza express today with my friend. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Gemma and Sam. The food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going back again :)

Booked a table, received confirmation. Turned up to only be told our booking had been cancelled as they were too busy. 20 free tables said otherwise. We had waited 30 mins for our booking in which time we could've eaten at one of the empty tables and paid and be gone. Total joke.

Literally the worst pizza that I ever tasted in my life , I ordered I ordered the prawn pizza the portions are very poor , the taste is horrible I would say the worst in England.

My girlfriend and I recently visited Pizza Express before heading to the Theatre Royal. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was exactly what we hoped ? fresh, tasty, and served without delay. We had a lovely, hassle-free meal and enjoyed the experience.

The in-house dinning reviews seem to match there delivery service not good.
A chicken & bacon pizza without chicken tossed on more yellow and red pepper to soften the blow....3 scabby bits of bacon.
Appreciate the feed back and that you'll spend time to review with your pizzaiolos what went wrong with my order an update would be nice.
On a positive on receipt of the pizza I did phone your restaurant and the woman on the other end was very nice and apologetic.
Have attached a photo of the said pizza that a hungry police sniffer dog wouldn't even find chicken.

If you're the kind of person who gets annoyed when everything is perfect, maybe give this place a miss. You can tell the staff are doing the best they can but there were a couple of mistakes. We booked a table for 4 people. Upon arrival there was only 3 seats and my cutlery was dirty.
On the other hand all of the servers were friendly and you could tell they were working really hard. The food tasted good, everything came out in good time and we never felt like we were forgotten about.
So if you can forgive a few minor mistakes this is a good place to eat.

I went there on Sunday, and the food and the drinks took over an hour to be served. There was one member of staff who had to serve all the tables, which slowed down the service. When the food arrived, it was pretty good, as the pizzas were thin and crispy. However, the only downside was the service, and a lack of atmosphere.
