If there was room for zero star I would use that. Stayed home all day just because of my parcel. Delivery person didn?t use door bell just stepped out only to find a card of missed delivery. This is the worst delivery service to use. Considering I had a lot to do today yet I stayed home and awake just for nothing.

Easy to find, helpfull staff, just a shame the delivery driver wasn't as help full. Refused to carry 3 parcels up the drive.

We paid for our delivery and it was expected 3 weeks ago so we called but the staff was not of help. We had to go to Plymouth ourselves to see where our delivery was and the staff told us that they missed it. Very unprofessional and we ended up having to take it home.

Oh my God! These guys are driving me nuts, what is the point of requesting my phone number if you can?t notify me that my parcel is at the entrance. I waited on outside all day in the cold not knowing when the driver will show up and just a few minutes I decided to go in to get my jacket, boom a card surfaces at my door saying I should come to their depot! My God!

Staffs English was very bad, had four big heavy parcels for collection. I have one leg it's a fair walk from car park to office. No help offered we was told to drive car where we shouldn't and lots of accidents have happened and insurance won't cover you if lorry hits you but that's ya option for a easier load. If not struggle effectively. Only tried to give me one out four parcels had to explain there was more. They little help or effort to assist unfortunately.

Said they'd tried to deliver 3 times. Not only was I in but no card was left. Eventually arranged to have it delivered to post office on a particular day and even then they reckoned they'd tried to deliver it again - which they hadn't. Finally got it from my local post office

I was having lunch with my mum in my house when they claim to have rung the doorbell and got no response. If you?re incapable of collecting, don?t offer it as a service.

I am expecting a next day delivery containing an expensive item. Track and Trace claims I refused delivery and they left me a card - but nobody tried delivery and there is no card in my mailbox. I checked my CCTV, nobody walked towards my door at any point around the time they claim they were here. Obviously either they tried the wrong house or the driver couldn't bother to deliver.

I have no words to explain the incompetence of this delivery service. Please if you are a business owner do not send using parcel force. They will let you and your customers down while taking your money.

Id give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. 3 out of 4 parcels recently didn't arrive and I had to collect. No compensation was offered. Terrible company.

Extra insurance paid on top of the £48 charge, and no compensation after severely damaging the item during transit and handling. Reason: glass. Although the glass was not damaged and the claim was not for the glass. Case closed. One, very generous star :)

Ordered a computer monitor from Amazon, said delivery is on Saturday. Got a TWO cards about attempted delivery on Friday. And my parcel is at depot to collect from. And I do not drive. And the depot is far from any public transport. Good job.

Useless. Didn't pick it up from the guy I bought the item from on several days, he dropped it to the depot in the end. When I collected it from the depot at my end (despite leaving a note saying please put it around the back), a large piece had been broken off it. I complained and it was rejected due to only being covered for loss not damage. Will never use again.
