Large order for delivery, no where on this site does it say that they are not delivering. After waiting an hour noticed order had been made ready for collection. On contacting Wolseley Rd branch advised that all sites have been amended to indicate collection only, not so, every site is still advertising delivery, there IS NO message advising deliveries suspended. The confirmation email also neglects to advise collection only. Staff extremely unhelpful and unable or unwilling to advise of complaints process. When arrived at the store Deliveroo staff at the store ready to deliver - so had I ordered through Deliveroo would have had meal delivered. Recommend Papa Johns - not on your life - Dominoes from here on.

Shocking service I have been charged twice for one order, 2 orders were delivered but only wanted one, AND CHARGED FOR TWO!! Phoned the shop the female who answered was rude, no customer service whatsoever, just said phone customer service. RUDE!! will not order from here again unless they staff who are actually helpful. God help anyone who orders from here!!

They don't greet you when you arrive, lots of staff not doing very much. Order is never ready on time and no apology for it running late. Total shambles.. I'll stick with woolwell collection in future

Wife ordered pizza and 2 hours later, still no delivery, was told delivery wohld arrive at 18.45, now 20.45 still nothing! 1st they lost the order, 2nd manager said she will personally deliver it, now told waiting on driver! Waste of time won't order again.
Update on order, at 21.20, still no delivery, so went 2 minutes down the road, (live in the area) wanted to get a refund, was told they can't do refunds, need to email head office, when have retail /food outlets not been able to give refunds? So will be reporting Pappa Johns St Budeaux to trading standards, will advise everyone not to use them, as they are not just providing poor service, but are robbing people.

Terrible service over 2 hours delivery for 1 pizza. When phoning the shop they say they are waiting for a driver to come available. 3 hours later food is cold and manager refuses to refund.

Can?t believe how much the quality has gone down. Hardly any cheese on the pizzas so they cook dry. Dough stretched too thin. Also the emptiest ?stuffed? crust Iv ever seen. Don?t think I would risk ordering again as it?s quite expensive to be so disappointed.

horrible service! wasted so much time to drive there as I was on holiday and every food place had shut down. they called me back 1 hour later and told me they didn't have ingredients to make my order. my kids where very annoyed. do not recommend to go there.

I don?t know what?s sadder, the fact it?s taken nearly 2hrs to deliver two pizzas, or the fact at the age of 30 I?ve come online to leave a bad review about it.
Checking the status of the order and said it was delivered, rang to check after waiting 50mins, to be told it was just going in the oven, fast forward another hour, and I see that the pizza that?s been lied about is now being delivered by snail mail by someone on a push bike.

After 50 minutes of waiting, rang up to see where it was. Then 30 minutes later it turns up luke warm at best! Now we have to warm it up in the oven, may aswell just brought pizzas from the shop.
