3 hour wait for a dry Luke warm pizza why take the order if you can?t fulfill the service very disappointing

Would be a zero for each if I could.
Ordered 18.20, given delivery time 19.20.
Waited until 20.20 before ringing but they would not pick up.
Had a text from Uber at 20.36 to say they have cancelled the delivery driver.
Now 21.00, they still haven't answered the phone.
LAST TIME I USE THEM, AND I WANT MY REFUND

Ordered a take away at 6pm. Turned up stone cold, called to complain and ask them to come and collect it and send me a hot meal, waited another 2 hrs and still nothing even though they said they'd get it to me in 15 mins, can't even get a refund! Absolutely disgusting

This place used to be great! But have they been taken over?? Chap on the phone was slow, could not understand what i was saying. Took forever to put the order on.Told us there were no deliveries tonight, so we ordered to pick up. When i asked he said it would be ready in 10 to 15 min. Got there, got ignored, saw delivery drivers working, then another one of their ?friends? come in. Asked if we were waiting, to which we replied yes. The ?friend? proceeded to push in, fist pump the guy behind the counter. We then asked how much longer would the order be. 15 to 20 mins was the reply. So we walked out! Rude service. Used to love pizza from there but i wont be going back.

Awful, bad customer service. Wrong order sent, said they had rang us about missing items e.g pepperoni!! When we ordered a pepperoni pizza ? but hadn't we never had a call. Freezing cold.
Never order from here.

This place is shocking! Everytime I try it the delivery times are 2 hours plus, food stone cold and missing items. Manager can't be bothered and rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

Use this place all the time. Great ingredients piping hot, great pizza's. Look out for the offer's brings the price right down.

So placed an online order waited 1 hours then rang then they said shouldn?t be much longer then they rang us back saying they have ran out of cheese it won?t be long untill you get your order 2 hours later we finally received are ordered and barely warm at that absolutely disgusting service

Was a last minute decision to try these wish I didn't .food Average at best . attitude from staff unbelievable so rude needs lessons in manners go to pizza hut instead food always hot and great staff as well .

Terrible place, wait hours for pre-ordered food, items ordered not available when it finally arrives it's cold, disgusting and quite obviously been sat around for hours! I would be very concerned about food hygrine and safety with this place!

Placed a order at 3pm got a call to say no cheese be 45mins called hour later to be told ovens broken 1hour wait got offered a free brownie said ok waited almost 2hours called back order was out for delivery but she would check left me on the side and forgot to tell me if she found out called back told order just out the oven will be 10mins called back 30mins later to be told we are canceling the order but you have to contact customer service as we don't do refunds. Customer service said you have to wait 3days for the store to confirm this happened or no refund... beyond a joke and the staff shouldn't be able to lie to their customers that many times when the manager herself said she's still not got the cheese so obviously the oven braking was a lie and instead of informing their customers they just left everyone to wait and pray until too late and now saying oh sorry we don't refund and starve ??

Placed order online got told it was on its way then 20 minutes later got a phone call saying they ran out of cheese that it would extend my delivery by 30 minutes after a hour later called them back and got told it was out for delivery so waited again 45 minutes gone called back the woman who answered said she was going to check on delivery and just left the phone on the counter for 15 minutes then hung up so called back and got told my food has just came out of the oven and will be delivered shortly after waiting another 45 minutes I rung back up and the worker said they ran out of cheese again and I would have to wait an extra hour for my food and or cancel my order so went to cancel my order but they placed it as they have delivered it called the manager and she stated I have to cancel and there is nothing she can do even after telling her what her staff has been saying the whole time I waited do not use this papa johns not worth the hassle
