First time visiting this store with a faulty item I bought at a previous store, both assistant and store manager / store supervisor ( sorry didn?t catch the two ladies names! But I?m sure your remember me - I was sooo undecided with what ring to have as an exchange!!! The assistant was patient, understanding, considerate and so professional, I thank you personally for you helping me, ( miss fussy ) with my new double heart ring! The store supervisor/ manager was honestly so lovely and again understanding! I?m a true Pandora fan !!! And will definitely use your store again in a heartbeat. Thank you both again

Went in to buy a gift card and the staff was amazing and instantly helped with what I needed. They also gave a nice little gift bag with the gift card which was really nice and professional. Would recommend if your looking for a gift

Great staff always ready to help out and get anything out for you to try on. The engraving is a great service and really adds to the specialty of the gift overall.The shop is nice and clean and easy to access from drakes circus mall.

Radina was brilliant! She helped me to choose the perfect engagement ring. My partner absolutely loved it and the size was right too. I cannot praise Radina enough! She was so understanding and took the time to show me a range of options. She is a credit to the store and was beyond helpful.
