Visited the store today and was served by Jess.
I wanted to upgrade 2 handsets and can only rate her service and help as really good.
She was very thorough and patient in explaining the details and ensuring that I was totally happy.
Jess is a real asset to the store.

Thought it was a positive visit .the lady can't remember her name but had green black hair was so helpful or so I thought.
Went in to upgrade no problem paid off my bill paid £10 upfront, she said phone was in stock be delivered within 2weeks ok not ideal but could cope with that .When it's then not here I get in touch with 02 only to say it was out of stock and now have to wait for up to another 4 weeks.They preceded to say it wasn't in stock when I ordered so thank you Plymouth 02 for nothing I would have picked another phone if I knew the truth

Shop in the Drake circus offers customer service and support to O² customers. Staff are nice and knowledgeable.

We visited the store today to resolve an issue we had with my partners account which couldn?t be sorted by the phone. We spoke to Larry who was very reassuring and extremely helpful. He guided us through the process of sorting the issue and signposted us to further help should we need it. Thank you very much to Larry for helping us out today!

Went in here just after 9am before it became busy, only 1 tech guy working in there, so i was lucky that he was seeing to a customer and i was next. I was told that it would be about a half a hour wait. Matthew sorted out my logging problem in about 10 minutes, thanks Matthew.

made a virtual appointment in shop, told would be about 1 hour, returned, was told to wait, waited 15 minutes, then told someone else was first, they would approx 30 mins, husband said this was not on, wasting our time, asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, so husband said you are not doing a good job of managing, he said well theres the door!! i told him not to speak to me like that, he threatened to call security so we left, most unprofessional, 4 staff only one appeared to be qualified to do anything, the rest were just sitting!! phoned 02 to make a complaint!!

I really was troubled by the delay in my order of the watch which I was expecting in 3 weeks and even by calling i asked the customer care executive who is even unhelpful to understand what's happened to my delivery of the watch.
It is really disappointing and frustrating to see despite out being delay they themselves not aware that why it's delay and asking the customer whether they got the tracking order or no.
I have never got such experience in my past with any other network provider as I got from o2 which is ever worst of all the experiences.

Bought a contact on the 30th, and wanted to move my pay as you go number of 8 years to the new SIM. Was promised it would be done within 24hrs, it's been 2 weeks, and despites constant calls and guarantees, a different number was changed and the number I had, was deactivated. They still can't seem to solve the issue. Never have I spoken or worked with a more incompetent team and organisation.

I brought a phone online and chose to click and collect at this selected store. I had to wait 50 minutes for an appointment just so they could spend 30 seconds giving me my device.
The staff here are very friendly and polite, but they should express on the website that an appointment is needed for click and collect.
