For a month I have had nothing but problems. What I was hoping to be a simple transfer after a bereavement they made me register as a new customer charging me almost triple than the original price for 3 phones. Went into store as advised by bereavement contact centre but they were not able to help me at all so just gave me a phone to use this happened three times. Companies need to realise that some people like to deal with things face to face and not over he phones all the time. .After all the stress of everything I have been trying to change operators and now after 02 has messed up with my pac codes I am now waiting another week to get everything resolved as my old number got deleted.

My Wife has been with O2 for over 15 years & a year ago she went into the Plymouth Store to go to a Sim Only and the gentleman who helped her was first class however three months ago she saw on her bank statement that O2 were all of a sudden taking £32 a month with no explanation, we?ve been into four O2 stores to rectify the issue but they can?t get her account up on their screens and quite honestly they haven?t been of any help at all, my lawyer tells me that O2 are breaking their contract with my wife and we?re going into the Plymouth store tomorrow and if it?s not sorted then we will report them to the office of fair trading and Ofcom

What great staff at this shop especially the two young ladies there. One who was very helpful on the phone, and the other who went above and beyond with the help she gave setting up my disabled neighbours phone, a big pat on the back!

Was seen by Kane who was so clear and made things simple for this OAP. Had so much patience. Can?t fault the service I got. He did in 15 mins what the help line failed to do after 1 hour.
