We ordered a take away as we were on holiday. The food arrived on time. The starters were excellent, very tasty and fresh. Unfortunately the main meal wasn't of the same quality and the meat was very hard. Such a disappointment after the poppadoms and pickles and the starters.

To start with, it took 2 hours to deliver too us. Second time ordering where it?s taken over hour and half to get here. The food isn?t all that for the price at nibanas considering it?s a restaurant. If you want proper Indian for cheaper go to Woolwells - Indian Chef ?

Food was good, but not the best. Lamb was tough but edible. Service and staff were excellent. Had the lamb been soft and moist this would have been 5 ?

I really love this restaurant. I left Plymouth in 2008 but come back every year to see family. I tend to order takeaway but this year my wife and I went in for a date night. The food, service and atmosphere were all fantastic. The owner and the staff are lovely and welcoming. We ordered vegan food over three courses and had a great time.

A beautiful meal was had here. Perfectly flavoured and spiced, reasonable cost at just over £50 for a meal for two with drinks and sides. We?ll be returning soon for our date night ?

Ordering food was very well organised (*there were 14 of us). Service was swift and food was excellent. Definitely recommend the Lamb Rogan Josh.
