Wait times are silly. There were at least 3 tables free when we arrived, told us was a 25minute wait(for 2 people), thought we'd chance it, waited 25minutes with at least another 2 large tables clearing in the mean time and still no table offered so we left. Seems takeaway is prioritised over people actually eating in the restaurant as at least 3 were collected in the time I was there. Clearly short on staff so needs to be better managed. Shame as used to be much better.
Also pictures for this restaurant are wrong and show the nandos near the Barcode which is different

Asked for a table for a double pushchair; seemed I?d asked the world, staff were awkward, rude and seemingly unable to be helpful in anyway. A 30 minute wait time turned to 40 and then an hour, and then the table being given away to someone who just walked in, at which point we just went somewhere whiling to be helpful?

Awful food bone dry chicken burger with odd relish not asked for, kids left their chicken wrap too. Heard this is not cooked on premises from other reviews just heated up explains why it was like microwave food.

Appalling service and wait times
Table was dirty and unhygienic which will be reported
After nearly an hour wait for food it was all deposited on our table with starters and main together
Spoke to the manager who frankly wasn?t bothered but just said they were busy
Don?t overbook if you can?t handle the volume
Please don?t reply with a corny comment or the review will be changed

Paid about 40 pound for half cooked sweet potato wedges, unseasoned corn without butter, three bits of broccoli,a wrap and a burger, all delivered cold. Cannot recommend.

Blonde girl on the front has an attitude problem and no urgency, is unable to clean a table correctly and excuse was children at the table. Terrible experience and a stain on a new £300 jumper because of it.

States it closes at 10pm but I arrived with my family at 9pm and was told by some rude woman outside the door munching on her Nando?s that we can?t go in to eat because they are understaffed, but we can order takeaway from them. Don?t see the logic especially when there was plenty of staff inside making food. False advertisement of opening hours then. Welcome to Plymouth

Restaurant is supposed to open at 11:30, for over 15 people to be told they?re having a meeting and they?ll open when they open? is poor! This was Saturday 18th August.

I don't know what management are doing, but, I visit many restaurants in my day to day work and rarely do I witness such low staff morale. You can see it in the way they work and interact with customers. Delivery drivers not treated with respect. Past 8.30pm they're more concerned with clearing up than preparing food in a timely manner.

Called up in advance to make a reservation, was told they don?t book tables, still came to the restaurant at around 8pm hoping to get a table for 2, was told they weren?t accepting anymore orders inside, only people on a list which we saw the list and on it in writing in capitals underlined ?no more? after around 7:30pm , accepted this was the policy and politely left, we then decided to order takeaway to be collected at 8:40pm, was ignored whilst we waited at the door by 2 staff members which we thought was rude in itself, we sat outside on their tables, yet saw multiple couples and groups going in after 8:45pm getting tables, totally shoddy customer service and the food was basic. Won?t be giving them my money in the future.
