Food is good and the spicy saus is kinda spicy, depending on your taste buds off course. However, the ambiance gives the feeling of an restaurant, but the ordering process and service gives the feeling of a fast food restaurant. Waitress at the door was not that friendly, maybe had a bad day and need to order trough an QR code.
However, because of the good food, 4 stars :)

As a regular in nandos, I?m always so welcomed and the staff are all so lovely! Ngozi was our waitress and she was very attentive and helpful while serving us! We enjoyed our meals and I always look foward to coming back again!!

Visited for a birthday treat with eight of us. I had previously been to the Exeter branch and had been very pleased with all the food. Unfortunately on this occasion the food wasn't top class but having said that it was okay but just not great. Maybe the kitchen was just having an off day. Having said that we will give them a go again in the future.
