Very poor, waited ages for someone to verify over 18 when buying wine at self service checkout, he then very rudely said "where is your other item?" when it was clearly next to wine box. Then automatic gate to get out of payment area refused to open for lady with pushchair and he lowered at her when she asked for help. Won 't be going back in a hurry.

They've ditched most of the tills as they want you to use self-service. The queue for this is absolutely massive.

Omg , gradual decline .
Now have to wait for a bottle of spirits Wait and wait . Last 2 days. , NO carrier bags .
At self check out only 1 colleague , bless them . It?s wait wait wait .
Plus you have to move cages to get to stock , and pallets always in the way .
Poor Manager has to work within the permitters of the colleague hours given .
Come on Morrisons , respond please ?
