Rude staff, laughed down the phone when making a simple enquiry. Often say they don't have the prescriptions when they do.Hide behind the idea that genuine complaints and concerns are seen as customers being rude. It is not the customers fault if the company you work for is poorly run and managed.Would prefer to use any other pharmacy, but so many are closed so not much choice locally.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always very helpful and honest about waiting times.

To get cafe is like an assault course Beer and more beer on.pallets to navigate once collected flowers for my grandma in a w/chair .The store oozes uncleanliness Germ central avoid or visit at your peril What a dump...Health and safety exempt obviously

And even that was one to many, coffee machines not working, but free coffee was supplied. The problem was the attitude of a staff member who snatched the coffee sachets from in front of us and stating one per customer in a very unpleasant voice, we were only getting one each. Morrisons cafes seem to be all going down the same road, staff with no manners, cold under cooked food, staff handling money then serving food without any hand washing. Will not recommend or return to another of their cafes

What a shocking place. Ordering from the QR code had to give up. I went to the self ordering machine, got to the end where you had to put in a card number , NO cards or member of staff !! My husband had to go to the kitchen to get someone by now my order was cancelled. The women wanted me to start again for the third time! And then proceeded to sneeze everywhere, I took the card and ordered it again at the machine. Our breakfast arrived with no cutlery on asking we were told to go to the coffee area to get your own. No napkins available. We go to cheap and cheerful places normally the service is second to none, breakfast only Luke warm. NEVER AGAIN

(No optuon given to select COMPLAINT) I Tried the morrisons cafe for the 1st ever time today- absolutely shocking! staff very stressed & loudly rudely speaking at each other , As an NHS Manager it was clear to me that there wasnt enough staff on shift. The staff who were there were disorganised and there was an obvious lack of customer service training appeared non existent. The food was almost cold when served- no teaspoons available, serviettes also werent available- i asked for some and was given sheets of kitchen roll! Sadly the whole experience was of disorganisation. The only saving grace was a young server called JOSH who i noticed the female staff spoke to in a very derogatory way in front of customers-very unprofessional. I personally thanked JOSH as i felt quite sorry for him! Josh still managed to be cheerful and helpful Needless to say this was the first and last time i will visit Morrisons Cafe at Plymstock in Plymouth.

So wish I had read the reviews before I ordered breakfast, how could it be so bad? Cold, poorly cooked, over cooked, hot drinks cold, staff not interested, could not be hygiene trained applying lip stick/balm and picking their nose, I don?t know if there is a manager but they are asleep at the wheel. I will never come back to any Morrisons cafe again.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Pharmacist always on lunch. Staff look like they have better places to be, and never apologise if you have to wait the 10 (45) mins.

Absolute shambles this pharmacy, more staff doing nothing round the back than serving customers, long wait to get seen then get prescription thrown back at me, we don?t have this so go elsewhere! Well i have and a much better service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Sat down for a Sunday morning breakfast. Delighted to see "two boiled eggs with soldiers" on the menu. Took a while to come. They came and changed the table number for some reason. Then after 10 minutes the eggs arrived. I eagerly chopped off the top of the first egg and strangely, the bullet like yolk actually popped up out of its surrounding white by 5mms. On further examination one side of the white was discoloured! A sort of muddy brown colour. Out of curiosity I lopped off the top of the other egg. This was as solid as the first one (no soldier dipping here) and again the white was discoloured and sort of layered on one side. Took them back and asked for a refund. Manager was very defensive and said they didn't know how the eggs were bad.

When we arrived we ordered our food and proceeded to the table, the first table we picked was filthy, so we tried to locate another that was clean, finally when I thought we hit the jackpot the chairs was covered in food debris and the floor was caked in filth. When I was called the the counter to collect my drinks, I asked for a napkin, I wasn?t even given eye contact by the lady serving, she just staid they are over there, I politely explained there wasn?t any napkins left could she refill them, again no eye contact she just shouted randomly for someone to get napkins, so patiently I waited for about 5 mins with my hot drinks getting cold, I said to the last again ?I take it there won?t be any napkins coming?? She just replied ?I have asked them to top up the napkins?. In there defence the cafe was 1/2 to 3/4 full, what didn?t help was one server walking around with one hand holding her phone to her ear for about 10 mins, it looked like she was on hold or something, turns out she was listening to the BBC news result of a criminal court case! All I can say the experience was horrendous. The shop in general has poor customer relations, it could do with head office having a secret shopper to actually see how bad.

I feel sorry for the staff, obviously understaffed as run off their feet! Long wait on food , drank coffees before food arrived! Dirty plates cups etc all piled up on three tables The ladies serving were lovely ! We often find that items are run out when we order! My husband spoke to management in the store part who blamed it on the weather! No mate it is always like this! He didn't seem to care just made excuses People asking for refunds! I came home and within an hour was unwell Terrible S&D and in bed writing this review Will not be returning again

The joke how many people does it take to change a lightbulb comes to mind. 7 members of staff , the pharmacist dealing with 1 person Infront of me while another stood watching them and still stood for 10min to be rudely told we will get to you. Come on there's better ways to get paid for doing nothing without being obvious you are lazy as hell ?

The pharmacy was open until 7pm, I arrived at 6:40pm after rushing there after work to be told they wouldn't serve anyone after the person in front of me (I was third in the queue). I'm raging!
