Staff do a great job despite being let down by the organisation. Called in for breakfast and there's no poached egg, no black pudding and cups that don't hold the volume delivered by the coffee machine. I won't be back at Morrisons café again.

STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL IN HERE AND IVE EXPERIENCED IT MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN TO OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CAFE! DISGUSTING SERVICE!! ONE WELSH LADY OLD GIRL WORKS THERE SHES A DIAMOND AND ALSO ANOTHER YOUNGER LADY, BUT EVERYONE ELSE JUST RUDE AND UN INVITING!!! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!

Great food and service, good prices, easy to park and convenient location.

Was served by the young man working in the cafe today. No manners atall and poor attitude, woeful customer service which could be improved.
Understand we can all have a bad day but not the first time being served by him with the same rudeness. A smile costs nothing especially to people who pay your wages.
Food is okay at best but isnt consistent.

I really want to be more supportive but this place is giving me nothing and not even trying. I feel bad for coming in and disturbing them with my desire to buy something to eat. Its virtually empty and we got told a half hour wait for food. I bought some cake to eat with my coffee to keep me going for half an hour and the piece given was literally half the side of the rest and mangled like someone took a chunk out of it already. Any whatever you do don't put your arms on the table. Also advisable to bring your own cutlery unless you want to eat some of the last person's meal with yours.

Diddnt see a table cleaned in 3 hours!! Massive hygine issues here. If you want to clear your system out within an hour, this is the place to eat.

This is a busy little Café. I've found it always clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is simple and fresh.

Food was cold. Overcooked sausage. Rude server, throw my food on the table. I asked for sauces and the server turned her back then walked away. Stood up and went to the counter for some sauces. Only allowed 2 packs of small sauces. Any extra sauces will cost £1. Spoke to the manager, she was nice and resolved the problems.

Firstly, I am viably a disabled man who struggles through using a walking stick. Once I had quest?s I was sent away to get a table number and had to walk back. I was then abruptly served and once paid I was asked if I wanted and sauce. I asked for ketchup at which point I was handed a tiny sachet and told that if I want anymore I would have to pay (I had already paid). They then watched me struggle to the coffee machine and to get my utensils and make my way to the seat, but when thier able bodied friend was served they took everything of theirs to theirs to the table and made sure they had everything sorted before leaving them. Grumpy, rude and no help for a customer but if you are a friend you will get the top treatment. Terrible place.

Shame there isn't a '0' rating on here. What an awful experience. Cleanliness was dreadful; the table was dirty, as was the floor beneath. We had a very limited choice to sit elsewhere due to my elderly father's impaired mobility. We ordered via the app (as a sticker on the table displayed this option) and after having paid, we were readily told one of our choices wasn't available. The alternatives were limited given my father's dietary requirement for softer meals, he had to settle for a cottage pie, which wasn't initially available either until one was found from somewhere. This cost less than the meal we had originally chose, but no refund was offered for the difference! Furthermore, we had to make do with stirring our tea with the handle of a knife since there was only one used-froth-covered teaspoon left out. I took the day off work to take my father for a GP appointment, then here for some lunch, before buying flowers prior to visiting my mother's grave. This experience wasn't at all pleasant. The perfunctory approach of staff was most unwelcoming. I do like to report on any positives, as I always endeavour to give a fair account for a trusted review. Unfortunately nothing came to mind on this occasion.

Cleanliness is appalling, food was cross contaminated and caused bubble-gut within 20mins of eats, suggest you know where the nearest bolt hole is beforehand, staff are not friendly and very untidy. this place should be shut down by environmental health.

The staff here are impeccable they always aim to please don't understand some people's comments as I've never had a problem here I think people just complain without even asking but that's my opinion thank you again to all of the members of staff at Morrisons cast Outland road I do wish they done plump tomatoes but I can live without them lol

Useless. Queued up to order. Was asked table number which I didn't have (nothing to say you need to find a table first). Went to find a free table to tell the lad on the counter and he served the next customer instead and ignored me. Walked out.

Such a lovely set up clean and spacious but that's why the rest is so disappointing. . Service was very poor people queueing with one person serving . . .tables left dirty food very mediocre. . Could do much better
