Visited Moments Café located in middle of Plymouth City Centre, with 2 floors accessible to both wheelchair users & customers with pushchairs; front entrance with automatic double doors & lift available on left hand side. Ground floor tastefully decorated with 50's, 60's & 70's memorabilia & 1st floor with 80's, promoting great conversation.
Café has good range of hot/cold beverages & meals at reasonable costs, including vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options. All items locally sourced within Devon/Cornwall & profits donated to Memory Matters. Whatever age, young or old, there's something for everyone.
A gem of a Café, serving delicious food by friendly staff, in a well kept & clean setting, highly recommend.
This Café is no ordinary Café & offers so much more. Having had relative in family suffering Alzheimer's/vascular dementia, it's wonderful that Moments Café are dedicated to such charities as Memory Matters, as well as encouraging customers to purchase a meal & or beverage that can be donated via vouchers for those less fortunate - an excellent scheme.

Love the spaciousness of this café and the atmosphere. Excellent accessibility. It was my late grandad?s favourite café and for this reason I like to visit it. Eaten here two times before and the food was okay. Ordered the leek and potato soup today and it really was very unpleasant. No taste , gloopy like a load of cornflour had been added. Only took a couple of spoonfuls but felt nauseous afterwards.
The manager (I don?t know for a fact if that was his role ) but he agreed the soup wasn?t good and invited us to choose something else and was very apologetic.
But it has put me off, I won?t eat here again but will probably still visit for drinks.

Been to this cafe a few times now and I absolutely love it. The cafe has a lovely quiet upstairs area that is great for doing work as a student. They also offer a student discount. The food and drinks are always lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Couldn?t recommend this cafe enough, it?s great for everyone. Amazing milkshakes and brownies, 100% recommended

We held a two day workshop at the Moments Cafe in October and can?t speak more highly enough of it. A great venue for a small conference / workshop with a nice room and plenty of space to break out into. Food is simple but well cooked with generous portions. Staff could not have been more helpful. We will be back - and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an effective and friendly workspace in central Plymouth.

Had a omelette and coffee brilliant prices. The staff go out of there way to be friendly to you and are super efficient. I will defo be coming here again beats the rest hands down. Love the choice of music by the way mone of this rubbish from today. Once again the right balance in every way a definite hit on your hands. Don't know why i didn't see you sooner.
However I've been here on a few occasions since and I would Like to add that I think the Food has gone down hill I had a breakfast it had a raw sausage when I had a quiet word as I didn't want to make a scene I was spoken to very rudely by the chef with the glasses. There have been a few occasions where the food has been a bit questionable of late. I also observed that there was 1 girl running around doing all the work when the others were standing around the counter giggling doing nothing when tables and and floors needed cleaning. When you having a restaurant there's always something to be done. I have noticed when the younge staff are present they haven't got the same attitude as the older ones.
