I have used all the national chemist and got nothing but trouble very rude people on the end of phones.Now i am with Milehouse Pharmacy what a difference extreamly polite and very helpful always message when prescriptions are ready ready to help and friendly would recommend to all

The staff are pleasant enough but the service is so slow. If you telphone them to check to see if your prescription is ready and you give them a time you want to collect it, it's never ready even if you turn up after the time stated. I waited 25minutes for my last prescription and instead of me waiting outside so the next person could go in they told me to take a seat, which caused a long queue outside.

Went to get a flu jab. Very friendly staff, talked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable, would go there again next year
