My daughter is now 5 years old and they have managed to fit her in for a check up once. I have not had one for nearly 3 years, booked one in for September back in April, which they have now cancelled, how are they already cancelling appointments for 2 months time.

Never can get through to actually make an appointment. When I have got through on the rare occasion I get told the dentist is not there or off poorly.

The dentists are fine and the venue itself is clean and tidy. However, the receptionist (Theresa) clearly hates her job. She talks to customers as if they are an inconvenience and rolls her eyes after getting off the phone to them. My 81 year old mother forgot her mask when she came for an appointment a few weeks ago during the heatwave. Any other place would have offered her a free disposable mask. Not her. She made my mother stand outside in the boiling hot sun for 20 minutes. She should not be in a customer facing role in my opinion.

Just had a filling at Bupa,Milehouse.What amazing treatment,after not needing treatment for over 20 years( I've still attended all check ups) I was really worried.I needn't have been worried my dentist was so lovely ,as was the nurse.Its always a pleasure to visit the surgery,the staff are always friendly and my whole family have always been treated so well.Thank you,Bupa Dental care ,Milehouse.

Good quality NHS dentistry, caring staff and a friendly atmosphere. Lots of changes since becoming Bupa but still a lovely practice.

I've been going here for about 20 years. They failed to schedule in my last two appointments even after chasing them up about it and as a result I am no longer on their patient list.

Lacks customer service. Disorganised. Cancel appointment with me by text. Never see the same dentist. No continuity. Had a query about over charging. Asked practice manager to sort. She did, but never spoke to me or acknowledged me!! Head office need to retrain their staff. Poor service.

How this practice is still open with receptionists that are so unbelievably rude I will never know. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The dentists are great but the receptionists are giving Bupa a bad name.

i have an appoitment with dentist, but i have to wait for 40 minutes to see the dentist, then 3 minutes the job is done. it is waste of my time and life. since Bupa bought the clinic, we have to pay the extra to do the cleaning for the teeth. not like before, the dentist do some cleaning after the normal checking. Bupa has to make more money
I'm not a lover of dentist but I think mine is lovely. She listens also gently never been a problem. I've been going there for years
