Absolutely revolting. Took 64 minutes to be delivered and the food was completely cold. McDonald?s sign post to Uber Eats to complain. Uber Ears plead third party limitations and won?t refund as the food was delivered on time according to their agreement with McDonalds. I was told that McDonald?s won?t refund either as food was delivered on time regardless of the fact it was delivered stone cold. So much for customer service!

Usually the food is okay. But I just recieved an order with a completely incorrect item, and the food was stone cold. Really disappointed. Chucked it on the side because it was so unpleasant to eat.
Tried going through customer service and the automated responses are useless. No resolution at all.

Avoid at breakfast early in the morning really slow, no staff and food often cold. Go down the road to Tim hortons alot quicker and cheaper

Really convenient place. Staff are friendly, but if you order food, it's very hit or miss. On Friday, I was on a break and managed to get my food within 4 minutes. On Saturday, I added a Mcflurry to my order, and it took 12 minutes. Sometimes the store does find it hard to balance the drive through and the people that walk in. People who walk in will wait longer for their food.

To be fair, only came here because I had to. Automatic service so no stars rqd (although had to wait for ages for it to get to the counter). Food was tolerable and a large selection. All areas (indoor & outdoor seating and the carpark), were absolutely rammed & noisy. And I didn't know how expensive it is here!! However I'm sure if you love McDonald's, as so many people are, you won't be swayed by this review!! ?

Since when did drive through mean that you have to park in a bay and wait 20 mins for someone to come? 5-10 years ago you can order drive through and drive up to the next window and your food is ready. Why do I now wait 20 mins in my car in the car park. We seem to be going backwards. Anyway a ridiculous amount of time to wait for drive through food hence the low rating.

Queued up to the main road. Ordered food, had to wait in the parking bay and when we got home the order was incorrect,, wrong burger, wrong milk shake, very disappointed!!

Night shift is Absolutely ridiculous. That is definitely the worst McDonald?s you can pick up order , most of the staff doesn?t know what they doing and definitely the worst place for delivery drivers to collect orders. While they prioritise customers no one preparing the orders for delivery , then customers complain the drivers. Absolutely no management at night shift and excessive waiting time . Let?s not talk about the money maker cameras which they put on the disable bays and for excessive time and no return , absolutely disgusting !
