McDonald's is McDonald's Luke warm food to send back every time . It's never hot. We pay VAT on hot food to eat in or take away, and McDonald's continues to charge VAT on almost cold food. Food has to be a certain temperature before they can legally charge VAT as a company.
If Greggs can do this,
so can McDonald's.
Wake up, people, and send your food back if it's not HOT. Get a refund, complain, and you're paying more than you need to.
My local McDonald's know I will send it back every time. So they do mine fresh because they got fed up with me sending food back.

Absolutely useless staff. Ignorant and rude. Drive through not working so went in to order to be left standing at the till for 20 minutes with no explanation as to what was happening. Finally managed to speak to a member of staff walking by to be told the system was reset at midnight and there would be another 15 minute wait till I could order. Any danger of letting all the people waiting know that then?!

This morning I had two lovely brunette girls, didn?t quite catch their names. They helped me when my drink was wrong and they swapped for the caramel hot chocolate rather than a regular one. Was the perfect hot chocolate, me and my partner really enjoyed this experience this morning, made my day :) . They seemed like such kind girls and they worked really well together, will be coming back!

What a surprise complete wrong order. This isn't the first time they have messed up our order. Place was pretty empty, so not like they were busy. When i rang them to complain they werent interestedAvoid this one unless you want to be dissappointed.

As always something is missing from the order. This time the triple hamburger was missing and instead of 20 mcnuggets there were only 17. They will always steal something.
