Food arrived two hours late. Female owner on the phone lied to me twice about where my food was. Refused to offer a refund. Incredibly rude on the phone, I beg you to not buy your food from here. There are plenty of good Chinese takeaways in Plymouth but this isn?t one of them.

I?ve had a few takeaways and deliveries from here and have never been disappointed. I do tend to have the same every time so it would be an idea if the staff tried to persuade you to try something different,have a bit more knowledge on what goes in a similar dish as to which I?m ordering. I?m not complaining at all ,just need a bit of coaxing into trying something new. Thanks Masterchef never disappointed ?

After seeing the bad reviews and low stars for this Chinese it really put me off ordering from hear, BUT I TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH and I have to say that I was pleasently suprised at how mice and tasty the food was and cant understand why the negative reviews, my new address has tennets that all said the same that it was worth trying and has always been really nice food. So of ur like me and look at reviews, take my advise and order anyway because u can have ur own experience, which if it isn't good then u don't go again. Im so glad I ignored the reviews and I had to make my own review to update and show that its obviously got alot better!!!! ? ?

Having read some reviews who give a one score. I'm amused as to there reasons? Most are nothing to do with the food, which is what it should be about.I've ordered from here on numerous occasions. And the food has been brilliant every time. The portions are generous, and the food is hot and tasty.Price wise, it's average for a Chinese. And the staff seem pleasant every time, even though they are always busy.This is the only Chinese we order from. ??

Absolutely the best Chinese in Plymouth the bbq sacuse is meaty and sweet best sauce going there salt and pepper chips are always spot on not like others chicken balls are always perfect and always comes hot not one experience with it being cold, am gonna order now hehe

This used to be my favourite chinese, however recently we have been ordering collections and countless times I have watched the chefs and even the OWNER be weird and inappropriate with the counter girls who look barely legal and even customers. My family and I will not be ordering again.

Ordered Singapore fried rice, beef and black bean sauce and battered chicken balls with sweet and sour.The food was fantastic, especially the Singapore fried rice. Decent portion for price too.

Always great food, even when you want a different sauce or no peppers?? Nothing is too much trouble!! This place is 10/10...Vegetarian options: Lots of optionsDietary restrictions: Sometimes in company, there will be a person that can't eat something but this is no problem with MasterChef, they work with you to create a memorable dining experience ?Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't want to be with dad to get the Chinese and eat a couple or 8 warm prawn crackers ? lol..

Ordered food last night and it was awful crispy beef was over cooked and egg fried rice absolutely disgusting opened container and it full of oil. Worst rice I have seen ever whoever's cooking needs to stop.

AVOID AVIOD AVIOD!!!!!!!!!!!So disgusted in this place!!! Which we have ordered from lots of times before! we placed our order at 10pm over £50 worth!! the placed closed 12am so plenty of time! At 11.20 I rang because no order to be received, to have a answer phone even tho they close at 12am to be passed on to their dragon house team once I?ve had spoken to them, to be told my order had not been put through and sorry it was forgotten at 10pm REALLY!! Even tho the money had be taken from my bank! Disgusting won?t be ordering from these again customer service is shocking no phone-call to say anything was wrong with the order or they couldn?t deliver our order! sat here hungry and waiting for our takeaway on Saturday evening which we only treat ourselves once in while is utterly disgusting and upsetting! I will not be ordering from this place AGAIN!!!!
