After already getting new glasses, I went back to M&S to get some prescription sunglasses.Emma couldn?t have been more helpful and guided me to ones that really suited me. She was professional and super helpful.I was so chufffed, I even took my husband along to get new specs.

This was the best eye test I?ve had at an opticians. Kara who did the initial eye tests was very friendly and extremely helpful.Claire the optician was excellent, explained everything very clearly.

Fantastic experience at M&S Opticians in Plymouth! Their customer service is second to none throughout the whole process and treated you like a valued customer. M&S Opticians?s was recommended to me, and I?m delighted to report my experience lived up to what I was told. Excellent customer service from the team, Kara especially noted for her professionalism, competence and communication. Optometrist was superb and the range of testing and explanation of findings, was outstanding. Great choice of glasses with a varied price range. New glasses collected today and I?m very happy with my choice! Highly recommend the Plymouth team and the M&S optician service.

Both Tom and Kara were amazing when completing my eye checks and ordering my new frames. Both were very friendly, happy to chat, both very lovely people. I also had a free hearing test, the lady (sorry can?t remember your name), was really lovely. She was very friendly, professional and explained every step of my test. I tried the hearing aids and walked around the shop, it was amazing to hear so clearly ? I ended up buying a pair?.the aids have AI built in them? just blew my mind away or should I say ears!?

Excellent service very friendly staff, Rita, Helen, Kara, and Tom all have a great sense of humour, it will be a pleasure to return for future follow up appointments. Would highly recommend M&S to anyone needing help with eyesight and hearing loss. Thank you to everyone involved in supporting myself and my husband along the unknown path to choosing glasses and hearing aids your input and knowledge was invaluable.

I came into plymouth yesterday to do some shopping and unexpectedly was offered a hearing test absolutely wonderfull staff who took me through the process of my hearing test. Helen was was lovely and very professional I would recommend M&S options to my family and friends

What a great experience!Immediately seen by Tom who invited me to take a seat and proceeded to price up my chosen frame and consider all my questions.Placed the order and advised within ten days they were ready for collection.Again with no appointment, I was seen immediately, glasses were checked and fitted.Overall, no waiting, terrific advice, fitting completed with confidence and I walked away with not only a new pair of critical but in s as positive and happy mood.Well done M & S Opticians Plymouth. You are highly recommended!

The most thorough eye test I?ve had at an opticians. Harriet who did the initial eye tests was really friendly and extremely helpful. The opticianMs Jennings was excellent, explained everything clearly. I can?t praise this opticians enough. I will certainly be going back for all my eye tests and recommending to family and friends. There wasn?t the hard sell that you normally get, they seemed really professional and caring. I had some queries that were explained in a way I could understand. Brilliant can?t recommend highly enough.

Had my optician and hearing test appointment yesterday and found all the staff to be thoroughly professional, kind, patient and really wanting to help. Even though they were extremely busy, they took time with my eye care from start to finish and I know this was the case with everyone as I spent my waiting time just people watching and noticed every customer had the staff member's attention for however long they needed, from selling glasses from all budgets, not being coerced into just being sold from the designer range. Absolutely 5 stars and will be going there again.

Booked in for an eye test at M&S opticians and the level of service was fantastic the staff were very nice and the lady who helped me Kara was extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend coming here.

We all go here as a family for eye tests. The service is fab and the opticians are amazing. My son has austism and adhd this by far is the best opticians. They are patient and caring with him and go above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. Wouldn?t go anywhere else. X
