Lovely experience on my birthday... not....Was approached by the worker called mark who asked if we was ok and obviously said yes thankyou politely, he wanted to give a lecture on everything the sell and being a customer that spends loads and visits many stores I know most of the products so I politely said were just browsing were all good thankyou, to which he seemed to storm off as we didn't want his help.... Unfortunately he was on the tills when we went to pay and he's clearly taking a disliking to us for no reason as the whole process was mubled no hello thank you nothing and then the receipt just slammed on the table with no thankyou nothing making it a very uncomfortable and awkward experience, been to many in Exeter Taunton etc and everyone is ALWAYS polite and respects when you say no thankyou to advise as I would find someone and ask if needed... Very big disappointment and if that's how he's treating customers that don't need help then that's frankly pathetic behaviour......Also on another note everyone is welcome to do what they want in this world have no issues with anyone as freedom in this world is great however the fact lush are supporting EID completely goes against there whole animal cruelty free ethos...

I had the opportunity to visit United Kingdom and when I went to the mall, it was Lush store that I tried to look for. Since I knew that Lush, originated in UK. Even here in the Philippines, I frequently visit Lush store once my supply is almost empty. I used Lush-es products as freshener for our cars, bathrooms, rooms , and kitchen. It?s always a joy visiting Lush store. Far from the store entrance, you can already smell the fragrant odor. Lovely ?

We had a party with Johnathan and the kids loved it, additional needs were taken into account, it was tailored to my sons needs and likes, he and everyone else had the best time. Kept kids from age 6-18 entertained!! He was sooo good.

Wonderful shop, loads of great products, environmentally friendly, ended up buying quite a few things, the staff here made it for us as they were fantastic, really friendly, helpful and a lady who kindly agreed to let me take a photo, helped my daughter try one of the products which she loved so we bought it! Thank you Lush, you are all lovely.

Really enjoyed my visit to theshop. Iwas looking for certain products for my friends birthday. The young lady who served me was so helpful, patient and very friendly and found me just what I wanted. I would definitely shop there again

Amazing ? Kirsty was just so lovely and helpful, she spent about 2 hours with me to pick the right products. I have now changed all my cosmetics products to Lush and couldn't have done it without her help. She gave me samples to try at home and also let me try and feel each and every product in the shop. All the products I got feel amazing.

I went in to Lush to look for a birthday present for my wife. As I made a beeline for the Rose Jam shower gel, knowing this was a firm favourite of my wife, I was approached by the very kind and helpful, Anna. Anna offered to pick out a selection of products that would accompany the shower gel to give my wife the Spa experience at home, featuring the Rose scent. Anna told me about the uses and benefits of each of the products and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much for all your help Anna, you helped a lost father and son find the perfect gifts for their beloved wife/mum. Thank you also for the surprise waiting for us at the till. We will definitely be back to try some more of the lotions and potions Lucy has to offer!!

Me and my partner went to this lush in Plymouth, all of the staff are very friendly but I?d love to single out a bright star named Zofia. I don?t have the card she gave me but I won?t forget her. It was really sweet she gave me a gift which was dads lemon garden fragrance. I?m not too bothered about that as she was such a lovely personality and she seemed very genuine about her customers service. Although we weren?t looking for anything specific, zofia still gave us the time of day and I really enjoyed her company and her suggestions. Thank you so much for my present it really made my Christmas. Merry Christmas to all the staff and have a wonderful new year. Thank you! (Ps I?ve given the gift to my partner to give me on Christmas)
