Unbelievably poor service. I contacted Kwik Fit at Tavistock Road on the 8th March to get some brake pipes replaced due to MOT fail.They booked me in for the 14th. Not very 'Kwik', but my 10 day window for an MOT retest didn't expire until the 19th, so I thought it would be ok. On the morning of the 14th, I got a call from Kwik Fit saying due to a staff problem they could not do the work that day. I asked them when they could do it, pointing out that I was running out of time for the retest. The earliest day offered was a week later, the 21st. I declined.Consequently, it is unlikely I will be able to get the pipes fitted in time for a retest, meaning I will have the inconvenience and extra cost of arranging a full MOT.

Kwik fit wasn?t very kwik, went in 1:15pm with an appointment?..got tyres changed 5:25pm, got them done well in the end though

I was towed into Kwik fit Plymouth by the rac and I'm a motability customer. Well what can I say about the guys a quick fit? Absolutely! Spot on is the only way to describe them. I was welcomed and kept informed throughout the whole process and when it turned out that I had more damage than was expected, they organized a taxi cab to get me home and also one for the next day to bring me back . Cannot praise these guys enough spot on x
