Horrible, horrible agency. I was stupid enough to rent a flat from them. I have discovered it's raining inside, there is a hole in the kitchen floor and literally everything is falling apart. All my complaints are being ignored or inevitable get the answer "someone will come to fix it". It's been months and nobody came to "fix it". Of course I will have to just run away.So my advice is avoid at all costs, they rent flats that are not suitable, after you move in you discover all the issues and then they keep ignoring you.
