The stready decline in service and utility continues. Now at a poor level. Lots of staff hanging around but hard to engage any of them at the desk.
Poorly served by stock holdings being low; apparently a new main supplier is on the cards, but no real effort at sustaining business continuity has been apparent lately.
Probably still good for timber and some bulk items, but as a 'one-stop-shop, try elsewhere and hope for better store management.

HGV Driver. Rang with 30 mins notice told to call back when closer. Rang 10 mins notice told to ring back when on the street. Drivers do not do this it's a very tight street with lots of traffic. I was 4th in the queue on arrival. The only way off the street would have been to reverse onto the roundabout on a main road. I just managed to tuck in tight enough and park and wait thankfully the other businesses are understanding and said this is a regular occurrence with Jewsons. I'm not slating them because once in they were very good promptly unloaded me and generally good lads. Many other companies I deliver to that are in tricky areas take the drivers name number and give them a call when there is space for them I understand this can be tricky and cause delays but telling the driver it is fine to come down the road when they are in a 44t artic is unacceptable.
