Absolutely Amazing customer service from Shane in the Sutton Road store! He went above and beyond for us, extremely friendly and helpful. He went out his way to sort us a floor sander even on a busy Saturday morning and then he spent time with us ensuring we knew how to use it and had everything we needed. Even gave us a call to check how we were getting on. Nothing was too much of a hassle and was more than happy to help us. We have not experienced customer service like it in a long time, anywhere! Shane definitely deserves a recognition- great member of staff at Jewsons. Thankyou so much!!

Friendly and honest staff. All very helpful. Huge selection of stock. Location is handy being in the centre of Plymouth and easy to get to. Near other similar merchants which is also a plus. Shame the buildings interior is a little dilapidated. Also handy having a food and drink van outside the entrance.

After the 'apprentice' left my wallet at this branch today. They tracked me down rang my company and arranged for its collection. All before I'd realised 'the apprentice' had even lost it!Hire and sales service also great along with onsite burger van!

After being let down with Burdens we called Jewsons and the gentlemen on the phone was so helpful and put in our order and said it would be with us the next afternoon. It arrived the next morning. Excellent service can not recommend enough.
