“Had a lovely experience today for my wife’s birthday. It started a week or so before with some lovely online customer service. No pressure support and advice which was much appreciated. We popped into the Exeter store today to collect the gift, and were looked so well! Even our dog was treated to water and a biscuit. Tina did a lovely job looking after us too and made us feel so very welcome. Thank you Michael Spears and thank to Tina and Suzy (online) The gift is perfect!”
