Since the establishment of the restaurant in 2007, Imperial Garden has won the hearts of the local people and beyond. The birth of the restaurant traces its roots all the way back to China where Head Chef, Cheng, fell in love with Chinese cuisine and its flavours. From a young age, he was experimenting with food and learning recipes from fellow chefs and the local people enabling him to perfect his recipes over the years to serve the delicious food today.
