“Hearts Together is a wonderful place to stay . They were my lifeline in a time of need offering help, support and a safe haven right next to the hospital.Food & drinks: Plenty full . Good variety and frozen meals for the times when you had not managed to eat.”

“Such friendly staff, we received a warm welcome. The rooms were large and had everything one needed. The interior was not modern, but that did not bother us at all. Sufficient parking in a beautiful and quiet area. The hotel had many signs of wear, but was very clean and this also applies to the rooms. The location is close to the nature reserve and 15 minutes from Plymouth. We will definitely be back?? Keep up the good workRooms: large and very clean!!”

“The room service available. We booked the suite for 275£ with two children. The suite is spacious with iron, hairdryer, dining table with two chairs, one double bed and one clic clac bed. The room was clean. Washroom was clean. I don’t like the mattresses they were very old and used. The hotel management should have a look on the mattresses. Otherwise location and stay was pleasant.”

“Clean and comfortable, some staff lack interest, any request seemed to be annoying for them, advertised 24 hours, but rang bell no answer.Cleaners were pleasant and friendly, hotel staff could do with retraining.”

“I have been rather fortunate to have travelled all over the UK for various job roles and have stayed in quite a few different establishments over the years.

I am delightfully surprised to the standard of this particular Premier Inn. The parking was adequate (although you have to pay extra to park) but the staff was very friendly on arrival and throughout. The room was to a good cleanliness and better standard to that of other premier inn competitors. The bedroom was well presented with a clean en-suite and seemingly better soap and washing facilities to others that I have seen. The food was good, albeit a slightly slower than expected service BUT this may have been down to the fact that there was limited staff serving food.

All in all. Really good value for cost.

Overall, I will certainly be staying here again for future business travels.”

“Basic budget room nice location friendly staff the bed is comfy and the room is spacious. The only consistent complaint is that when we first arrive the rooms smells of old vacuum bags. It seems a regular feature of all travelodges all over the UK.”

“I had visited the spa before and I had always wanted to stay overnight and dine at the Restaurant. We stayed recently for my husband’s birthday and I cannot fault a single thing. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. We both had treatments (massage/scrub) which were brilliant. The facilities are the best I have seen. My favourite part is the outdoor hydrotherapy pool. We had the four course dinner in the Acleaf Restaurant and were blown away by the attention to detail, the level of service and the taste sensation we were given. Writing this review now just reminds me of how magical our stay was and makes me want to book again as soon as possible.”

“Stayed unexpectedly because of a hospitalisation. Extremely kind man on reception attempted directing me from the hospital to hotel. I still got lost but he was a much appreciated friendly voice after an awful day.Travelodge have a good property here. It was spotlessly clean, I’ve already mentioned one man on reception, complimented by three other young women that were all friendly and helpful. Organising another room for our son to be next door.I was very surprised just how quiet the hotel was at night. I stayed from Saturday until Tuesday and heard hardly anything. I think the property is possibly used by visiting hospital staff as the only movement I heard was about the time of day prior to the early day shift starting. The Travelodge had plenty of parking and near enough to leave the car and walk to the hospital. Just know that it’s uphill from the hospital on the way back. There was also a large eatery called the Jack Rabbit a two minute walk away across the car park.Thank you to all the staff on reception and servicing the rooms. A job well done.”
