“We were greeted with a smile and shown the great range of mattresses in store by Ashley who was very polite and well presented. We had only come to look at a new guest room single mattress. But in conversation with Ashley he suggested we try the SleepMaster system which we found very helpful as we will be looking to buy a new king size one in the near future. Anyway, we returned the next day and bought the Maidstone mattress which Ashley suggested was ideal for our needs. Great service thanks.”

“My finished floor looks amazing! The customer support team was great, as I wasn't able to visit the showroom. They sent me as many samples as I wanted, no questions asked. They weren't pushy at all to make a sale, which is important to me as I hate being pressured. I ended up going with a dark engineered oak floor which, now installed, looks absolutely fantastic and is a real statement in my home on Dartmoor. Will recommend this company to anyone. Everyone comments on my floor and I'm so proud of it, has been my favourite home renovation project so far!”

“Always great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Orders always correct when ordering online for click and collect, no issues when having to return unused or faulty items when required.
Items always plentiful and when they are not available they will always be next day delivery so never an issue with anything.
This really is a 4.5 rating, it would be 5 star but the coffee machine vanished during covid and never returned.
Maybe we will see it again some day.”

“Only popped in to the Sugar Mill branch to collect an order, went up to the cafe and had the nicest bacon bap and cup.of tea served by very friendly, pleasant staff. Cafe kept very clean indeed.”

I'd spent ages searching for some anthracite grey trim for my cladding project and Eurocell not only were the only place that had it, they also had it in stock at the branch.Having dropped in on the off chance, it was ordered and delivered inside an hour. You simply can't beat that.Also, as a DIY'er it can be obvious when staff don't want to help our give advice, I didn't get that here. They were all very helpful.”
