Great customer service and products but only 2 stars because of their online and in-store pricing. A product I wanted to buy was £13.5 online and £20.5 in-store. When I used the click & collect option, the message said the product would be sent and I can collect it the next day even though the in-store customer service person told me they use their own stock for that. It's a mess.
H&B you should simplify and harmonise your sales processes as customers are frustrated and you are losing reputation.

I went in today to look for something to stop me bloating, I never usually ask anyone to help me haha but I did for the first time today, and just wanted to say one of the staff members helped me massively and was so impressed with her customer service and she made me feel so comfortable I?m not sure of there name but she had brown hair if that helps haha THANKYOU THANKYOU

Had a really difficult conversation with a member of staff, she commented that she hadn?t seen my mother or myself in store since before Christmas, we were both regulars, I started to explain that my mother had suddenly passed away just before Christmas, her reply,
?oh well that?s really good isn?t it?
then she turned away to talk to another member of staff
I was left speechless, she had initiated the conversation, she had obviously not listened to a word I had said, honestly, as daft as it sounds, I was devastated,
What could possibly be good about the loss of my mum !!

Wooow. Staff there are in next level , amazing abseluty amazing customer service, very very kind and helpful. Think they defo must teach few strores and shope ,how to do customer service ,specially cex shop ?!!! The Holland and Barrett must be proud of its staff. Today a lady called Maria, she does this job in high high level of customer service .????????

Wanted a few bags of blanched peanuts. Went on H&B website, found them, and checked the stock at the Drake Circus branch. Website said in stock, so I headed in. When I got there, I couldn't find them, so I asked for help. First guy was helpful enough, but only in confirming there were none on the shelf. Went to counter and the woman there looked at me like I had three heads for simply asking how I actually obtain the peanuts the website claims are there. Complete waste of time.

I ordered ginger beer shots and two bottles of Rochester when I received it by Royal Mail the bottles were well packed the shots were just dumped into the box loose with nothing to protect them I was disgusted at the lack of concern from whoever packed them.

I went into Plymouth H&B but was so surprised to see it half empty. Are they closing down? I love H&B and was so disappointed. Hopefully they were restocking .

The staff are very helpful and friendly i always visited plymouth drakecirce H&B shop. today I was there to buy vitamins and supplements i need some advice so one of the staf member which is Danea was very helpful to chose my supplement most of them so nice too today i served by DANEA if I spell wrong sorry .
