Absolutely fantastic service from Ellie at Halfords Marsh Mills, who conducted fittings on our car today. She was professional, diligent and took the time to explain all aspects of the fittings. We cannot recommend Ellie enough. Thank you again for your brilliant work Ellie and the team.

Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff, large range of products.I have issues with the call centre that I interacted with...they booked me in for a basic car check , instead of a CD/radio fitting which I had bought at the same time. I will now wait for you to 2 weeks for a fascia and the fitting. Halfords in Plymouth were excellent however but the central call centre was hopeless !!

I had to return an item I?d ordered online, just outside the return window. The store manager, Paul, couldn?t have been more helpful ? he accepted the return straight away and made the whole process easy. He and his team were polite, professional, and gracious throughout. Excellent customer service!

I do not appreciate being lied to, I went in to buy a dashcam and the discount code did not work. I was then considering paying full price. But then the cashier tried to tell me it already had £100 discount on it to get the sale, which is not true it only has £20 discount which only means it matches the price everyone else is selling it at. That when I decided to buy it from Amazon instead of letting a cashier use lies to and get a sale.

Showed up after booked bike in for platinum service, immediately met with we carnt do those brakes go to Saltash. Very unhelpful didn't even ask about servicing the rest of the bike didn't investigate what was even wrong jumped to conclusions immediately, bleed kit for the GIANT MPH brakes is a measly £13.00. After looking further the brakes didn't even need bleeding they just needed minor adjustments which I was happy to pay for. I won't be returning for anything in the future. Waste of time and effort.
