Had to click and collect as store doesn't keep in stock a lot of stereos? Arrived and collected and just needed some advice on compatability...was told to book another appointment online to speak to a member of staff.!! Phoned the Halfords helpline and was promised a phone call from the store manager at Marsh Mills..waited...nothing.Is the way that Halfords is going? More importance on fitting items in the car park rather than serve the customers in store. Apart from 2 people on the tills everyone else was out fitting parts!.Dreadful experience and I will not return. May as well buy online and get delivered

Went for a bike service. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Estimate service and repairs would be around £45 and the actual cost was over £120 when I picked bike up. Frustrating that the bike section is upstairs.

Just visited there to get some engine oil, but they didn't have my normal brand, so I was wondering what to get when the gentleman who was cleaning the floor showed me an instore tablet to out my reg in and it told me the brands to use. So to the store manager I ask you to thank the general in question for being so helpful.
