Incredible service (Plymouth store)
Was sold an engagement ring by Mel, who was super friendly, quick and overall helpful. Explaining the difference between services and rings clearly and showed incredible customer support.
To Charlotte, the kind and generous member of staff I collected the ring from. Explain the re-sizing process and ensuring I was 100% happy before leaving.
A stressful plan of proposing, made simpler with the fantastic staff at the Plymouth store. Massive shout out to Mel and Charlotte however.

Had a great experience getting my ears pierced. The lady was very reassuring, knowledgeable and everything was kept very clean. Earrings, cleaning solution and piercing all included in the same price too, very reasonable and a much better price than a lot of other places.

Just had a fantastic experience at the New George Street Branch (Plymouth). I originally phoned earlier in the week to hold the spectacular Bulova Lunar Pilot Blood Moon watch. When I got to the branch this morning Sue was simply wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I came for the watch but will return for the service, just a wonderful experience. I can heartily recommend this branch to anyone who values great service and value for money.

Awful service, do not use! Paid for a ring and extra for 24 hour delivery, said my ring was in stock, waited home all day for order, no texts or emails reference delivery as promised. Had to chase delivery and was told ring not in stock and will now be 12 weeks, not in time for the wedding. Store will send you to customer service and they send you back to the store. Avoid would be my advice!
