Went the other day. Decent sausage roll, quick and friendly service but I think the drink samples on the front counter were a bit unhygienic as many people are coming in and out using the same straws to sample the drinks. Not sure if this was a head office decision or a decision made by this franchise but I would like this to be fed back. Thanks

Asked if it was possible to heat my vegan sausage roll up. They refused. I had to eat a cold sausage roll on the go. Tasted good, but I would've enjoyed it more warm.

Staff would benefit from some manors. Couldn?t rate the food as I stood at the counter with any acknowledgment. A simple I will be with you in a moment would have been nice if they busy chatting.

I went to Gregg's today for a quick snack, I brought two Sausage rolls. I was asked if it was a takeaway. Which I replied I'll sit in today.
However you are charged to sit in I was handed a paper bag with the sausage rolls, and the tables were dirty. (Why am I paying to sit in if nobody is cleaning and food isn't served on a plate?)
Further to my disappointment the sausage rolls were cold. I expected at least warm food.

Having to ask staff to wash their hands before making bacon roll, as they don't wear gloves while handling food, while using tills, so handling cash then food.
