Nice little store, with friendly staff and a decent selection of goods. Prices are about the same as the other shop and they stock some different items. Which is handy if you can't find something in one, generally you can get it in the other.

My poor son having to walk to Wolseley Road co-op now because you refuse to give us electric without cash and the shop next door machine is down. This is why we don?t use you because you refuse card or make a spend stupid amount I don?t have.

Dishonest Staff.Ordered a parcel to this store, owner claimed that he had rejected it due to not having the correct bar code affixed to it for DHL collection service. He was photographed holding the box he claimed to have sent back (also said he didn't sign for it, which he did).When I went to collect the parcel, owner claimed he had rejected it and did not have ANY boxes for collection anyway. Thought I saw the box behind the counter however, I went outside and rang DHL who said it was definitely delivered as per photo on my app. The box was removed from behind the counter when I went back in and he claimed the DHL driver had my parcel as he had rejected it,Long story short, after several days/phone calls to DHL and the sender getting more involved, pursuing DHL for a location of the parcel, the sender asked me to check for the 3rd time, I went into the store again explaining a potential investigation by DHL as their driver was adamant he didnt have the parcel. He said he would check out the back (which he wouldn't do the previous times when asked to) and came out with my parcel claiming his wife had made a mistake when it arrived first. - How I don't know because his wife was not in the photo holding the box, he was with the signature of receipt below the photo. ANot sure why he lied about sending it back or lied about his wife being the one who dealt with it in the first instance, as said he was photographed holding the box. Questionable act of deceit, with dishonest intentions. I will also be complaining to the store franchise and DHL about the member of staffs dishonesty.I would have understood if the wife was photographed and misplaced the item, but he was in the photo. I also left the tracking code (which was clearly visibly printed on the box when I finally received it) and also my contact details if it did turn up. Didn't contact me and lied to my face yet again.Do not order your parcels to this DHL collection point.
