“We were greeted with a smile and shown the great range of mattresses in store by Ashley who was very polite and well presented. We had only come to look at a new guest room single mattress. But in conversation with Ashley he suggested we try the SleepMaster system which we found very helpful as we will be looking to buy a new king size one in the near future. Anyway, we returned the next day and bought the Maidstone mattress which Ashley suggested was ideal for our needs. Great service thanks.”

“Bought table and chairs from here after being advised they could better the service and deliver quicker from where we had already ordered. Nothing but trouble wish we had stayed at previous business. Table delivered but chairs have not been delivered. First set had wood worm second set not fit for delivery. Still awaiting someone to inform me what is happening as given up calling them as they say they are just the distributor. Poor service all-round.Have now had A store manager take charge of the issues. Now on top of problem and keeping us properly updated and informed. Hence why now changed review to 5 stars”

“Brilliant customer service in the Plymouth store, we visited once to have a look and get an idea of what we wanted, then returned again for a second look. Discussed our fiance options with Daniel who was friendly and really helpful, not once did we feel pressured into making a purchase but we left with a sofa we love. “I recently purchased my new sofa, delivered last week without any issues. I was given an option to purchase easy glide costing £20 for the legs to prevent scratches on my wooden flooring, which I purchased but once arrived I was extremely disappointed & released that I was charged £20 for 4 little sticky plastic glide's which has already come off by moving the sofa . Nice Delivery chap also agreed that you could purchase big bag of them from Amazon for less than £10.
