On behalf of myself and my family, I can't thank the Fulfords Plymstock team of Emma, Nesha and Faye enough for everything they did during such a difficult time for us. All of the advice they gave us was based on an excellent knowledge of the property market, and it helped us to achieve the best price that we could for our late parent's property. They were all helpful, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They were happy to discuss any queries that we had, and always made time for us when we dropped in to the office. This was a very stressful and emotional time for us, and Emma and the team always conducted themselves in a friendly and approachable manner, making a difficult situation much easier. Our family dealt with Emma Broad and team at Fulfords, Plymstock and had a sale agreed on our late mother's property while awaiting probate to go through. This was a very emotional time and Emma and the team were very friendly, helpful and kept us up to date from start to finish through what was a very emotional time. They were very professional and helpful and although we looked at other Estate Agents at the outset to compare, we are so glad we took on the team at Fulfords and would highly recommend them. My Husband and I bought our house through Fulfords Plymstock recently, and we cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service, we were well looked after as buyers, and they even supported in aspects of our sale, which they weren't responsible for. In particular Nesha and Emma were the people we spoke to most, and they really exceeded our expectations - nothing was ever too much for them, and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We can't fault Fulfords at all. Emma at the Plymstock branch dealt with us and Keisha also. They are polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Emma definitely took the pressure off for us and helped us when we needed it, which was a lot!! We would thoroughly recommend choosing Fulfords if you are thinking of buying or selling a home.

Great service from Emma when selling my property in difficult circumstances. Very genuine, professional and caring and understood the emotional side of house selling as well as the business side. Worked hard to get completion sorted on agreed date. Very pleased with the house photography and brochure. Friendly team, but particular thanks to Emma for the support and help.

Very disappointed with the service we had from Fulfords Plymstock!There was a lack of communication from the start and only had 3 viewings but did get 2 good offers resulting in what we were told a sale on our property only for the buyers to come back 3 weeks later with a revised offer which we declined due to already having an agreed price. There was no communication after that for weeks so we wrote to terminate our contract with them which again we had no acknowledgement of but property instantly removed off line

One of the worst experiences ever. It wasn?t all Fulfords fault, some of it was circumstance, but they still managed to disappoint over all the bits they had control over.I had made an offer on a house, some unfortunate things happened to the seller and things went into limbo. But what I didn?t expect was to be left mostly in the dark or ?lied? to (exaggerations, omission) and my communications largely ignored.I will say there seems to be a revolving door around my case. Some of them were worse than other. But on average it was shockingly bad, none of my friends or coworkers had experienced anything like this in their property purchases.Waste of money, time and good will for almost 2 years now.

The team at Fulfords Plymstock have helped my brother and I sell my mums house after she passed away with a high degree of sensitivity. They accommodated our wishes to do with contact at the same time as keeping us up to date. We were selling as the mortgage rates increased and the selling slumped, but they did it! The team were initially led by Kerry and then by Emma. Hopefully now we have agreed a sale it will only be a matter of time before we can all move forward. Thank you

After speaking to other mortgage advisers, we found Hannah Bray from Countrywide Mortgage Services. As first-time buyers, we have felt pretty clueless about the process, but Hannah has held our hand and has been the most helpful in our experience. Her good sense of humour is a bonus, and we could not fault her.
