Came in with a broken screen. Had it fixed and fitted with a screen protector afterwards. Reasonable price, would go there again.

Disorganised chaos. AVOID!What a twisted tale of woe dealing with these people was. I enquired over the phone about a battery replacement for a Google Pixel 5. Sure, said the technician. Bring it in and we can do that for you.When we arrived we were told that they couldn't actually do the repair straight away. They would have to order the battery! So we paid £65 and agreed to return the following Saturday. During the week we had a call changing our appointment to Sunday.When arriving on Sunday we were told that the guy who does Pixel phones was off sick. (No apology for not calling us to save us coming in) I asked if anyone else could do the repair but they admitted they didn't even know where the battery was.So we got our refund and left in disgust. Now it's up to you folks if you want to take your phone to these cowboys. But why bother when there are far more professional outfits lining the streets of Plymouth.

I was gifted a mobile phone and I'm not very savvy with technology. However the gentleman behind the counter was so very helpful listening to what I wanted, I left y phone with him and was asked to return in 2hrs. I did and all was as I hoped. I would be very happy to return.

came in to the shop was greeted with a warm welcome, I needed data transferring from one phone to another as I don't no how to do it and very kindly took his time to complete this task for me which saved me appreciate it thank you!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

really nice staff, in the centre of town so great location and anything can be fixed in an hour or less. prices range but are often quite high around £100 but staff are more than understanding. pay in cash only x
