Absolutely 1st class service. As a pensioner tried to order a jacket for my grandson studying at Plymouth Uni but order wouldn't go through so phoned next morning and spoke to a delightful young man who sorted everything out over the phone. Order sorted and actually phoned me this afternoon to say it's ready to be collected. Grandson picked it up and very happy with his jacket. Cannot express how wonderful the customer service has been. Thank you so very much.

Absolutely fantastic company and service. They helped us with the design for the hoodies, dropped in samples to try on for size and printed a large number of hoodies really quickly. They couldn't have done more. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely use again!

Needed running trainers and so glad I came to the shop. As a new runner and suffering shin splints, and a 5k race to do, the guy in the shop was very helpful. Trainers bought, shin splints better and managed the race.
