As usual just visited for a couple of things and left with a trolley load but the basrgain of the day was Aunt Bessies Roast Potatoes with duck fat - £4 from Tescos but an amazingly low £1.69. However, if your a clubcard member then Tesco's will still charge you £2.50.

Small store. There are always so many staff on the shop floor, boxes and trollies everywhere. Friendly staff though always happy to help.

Slow on checkouts. Don't buy ice creams as they'll defrost time you get through checkouts.

Not allowed to give a pound coin for change now..even if till is open. Customers told to 'walk round shop floor' for a worker..thats if the workers do any work as there was none on shop floor. Disgusted at the attitude of the female on the till when she was asked politely as well more so when I struggle to walk, I use a walking stick as my balance is bad too with the line of 'walk round shop floor..' seriously. When I left after my struggle walking around the store to find no one, the female just watched me walk past with out a care in the world. Went to Icelands instead and spent over £100...good deals, better prices on a few things too. Staff very helpful and your not told to find a shop worker for a trolley either. Also the disabled bays seem to be for anyone and everyone as the people who use farmfoods are to lazy to walk from a car space so as the disabled bays are near the door...they use them but like myself, I am a Blue Badge holder and I have park in other spaces further than the disabled bays...pointless having them unless Farmfoods place proper signage or the Council need to do it and sort it out.

Queues constantly.... literally one member is staff serving on checkouts and five staff restocking the shelves. The queues was all the way to the back wall of the store approximately 30 minutes of queuing to be able to pay and leave. All my shopping had defrosted by the time I had loaded it into my car let alone by the time I made it home. Ridiculous for a frozen food store - why only have one checkout open when you could have opened four with the staff you had.Frozen food is often let out on the shop floor for far longer than it should be - while I was there visit if approximately an hour due to time spent queuing. The same stack of frozen pizza boxes had been left in the aisle, it was there when I arrived and was still sit unattended when I left and hour later. I fully expected they had defrosted but also expect the staff will just throw them back in the freezer to refreeze whenever they decide to deal with them. Food hygiene out the window surely.
