Dealing with Falcon Properties has been such a positive experience. The team are so friendly, helpful, honest and accommodating. I really cant believe how stress free my house buying experience has been in comparison with previous purchases. I would always recommend these agents as a first port of call if looking to buy or sell in the Plymouth area.

I spoke with Karen to book a viewing. She sent a very passive aggressive email saying I took two hours to reply so I couldn't have the requested time slot. I understand it's first come first serve. However there is no need to be rude. Some people have jobs that don't allow them to look at their phones. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Falcon properties due to her unprofessionalism.

We rented a property through this company and straight after moving in we raised general concerns about the safety of the electric cooker that was present. In a communication sent to the Lettings Director, we asked if the landlords wished to test the cooker and if they were aware of the implications if it proved to be faulty or dangerous. No response was given. This enquiry was followed up with another member of staff who told us that the landlords did not want to test the appliance and that it would only be inspected if it developed a fault.The appliance later failed. It transpired that it had been wired with a piece of 1mm cable, suitable for lighting only. This was unsuitable for wiring an electric cooker. It was plugged into a wall socket, again, this was not suitable. Electrical Safety First stated that this was unsafe, presented a serious potential fire risk and showed a total lack of regard for tenant safety.The matter was reported to Trading Standards, who had to remind the agent of the regulations, in this case, General Product Safety Regulations (2005). A formal complaint was made and raised with both The Property Ombudsman and Propertymark, both of whom concluded that the agent had failed to provide the correct safety certification (EICR) before letting.We were told throughout the complaints process that the landlords had commissioned an electrical survey and that identified remedial works had been carried out. The contractor in question confirmed in writing that no survey was carried out and as such no remedial works were identified.It took a year into the complaints process before it was stated by the agent that an employee would have been expected to carry out necessary checks prior to letting, but in this instance, apparently, they did not.

We've recently sold our house through Falcon. I couldn't recommend them enough! They were always professional, very efficient and always available to chase solicitors to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. Not only that, but we had offers for the house on the first day!

From start to finish, Falcon were top quality and extremely good value for money. Mark Blank valued our property sensitively and accurately, and listened carefully to us with regard our idea of price. Jennifer and Laura saw the whole process through, and were caring, polite and positive. I cannot recommend Falcon highly enough for anyone who wants to sell their property.

You get what you pay for and with falcon you get everything and more. When buying are house with my wife late last year we used falcon and we wouldn?t look back. Always open and happy to answer any questions that we had on our property. Honestly faultless procedure from start to finish. And to give it a 5 star review is unflattering to them as they go above and beyond for their customers and it should be more then a 5 star rating.Although a small company I would recommend using these over a big company as they treat you as their own.Will be hopefully using this company for many years to come.
