Buyer beware. Evan?s cycles offer credit notes on items returned in store. There are policy signs at the till-point. Although any reasonable person would miss them.

Amazing service at Evans Cycles Plymouth. The best bike store in the city and really friendly and amazing staff. I thought my bike was heading towards not being usable but Rith serviced it so well, it?s as good as new.They also had amazing deals on bikes and clothing, plus all the staff had amazing knowledge of all the products.Brilliant store and highly recommend them to everyone!

Today went to Evans Cycles Plymouth for help with a gear issue.My wife and I have just completed the North to South Devon trail on our own Dawes hybrid bikes plus luggage!.The technician who helped me was extremely, professional and helpful.He quickly solved the synchro gear issue.His deep knowledge having been a bike technician and tour cycle leader in his native Thailand are a credit to him and Evans.Highly recommended.Thanks. Excellent work, I sprayed the breaks with a cleaner that had lubricant in and my breaks stopped working.Luckly Rit was able to clean everypart of it, changed the pads and made it work like a dream.Highly recommend and appreciate Rit for his knowledge, skills and willingness to help me.

Called in to get advice on purchasing an electric bike. Seen by John who was absolutely fantastic. He was able to answer any questions we had, he was very knowledgeable and we were not rushed or pushed for a sale. Excellent customer service from John.
