Poor attitude in sorting an issue they should have taken ownership of. No phone call for over 2 weeks to tell me when item was ready to collect, I had to chase. Poor communication, poor attitude, treat you like they?re not bothered and it?s your fault. I won?t bother going back and it looks like I?m not the only one.

After speaking to someone on the phone and enquiring about tyres, I was told if I got the garage for 1630 they could fit me in.I left work early so i could make it there in time, on arriving at the garage I was told they had to many cars in already.Have used Etb several times for tyres before and always been really good. Won't be taking my or my partners car here any longer after this. Not impressed!!

Booked my car in online for MOT as my normal garage were fully booked and they recommended ETB. It failed and needed a few things doing. Arranged to pick up Saturday am unless by chance they had time to finish Friday pm. When I asked roughly how much it would be was quoted 300ish which I assumed wasn't including vat and mot cost. I phoned lunchtime today Friday and the Manager said I could collect by 5pm. I eas delighted and even more so when I went to pay 275 complete. Talk about under promise and over achieve. Definitely recommend and will use again. Excellent and friendly customer service. *****
