We visited Ernest Jones in Plymouth. We went in for new rings.I had to have new rings because I have arthritis and my existing ones were far too small and they could not be enlarged. Gemma was amazing, so very helpful and searching for different ideas as we didn't have a huge budget. Gemma worked tirelessly to give us options and we cannot thank her enough. She is amazing.

Ernest Jones Plymouth, no doubt about it is a reliable destination for those seeking elegant and timeless pieces especially with the help of the beautiful staff involved.Recently I went in to view some stunning wedding rings. The jewellery experts, Carly and Gemma were amazing in providing me the satisfactory care and overall good atmosphere while they took me to view the different types of rings. I would recommend anyone passing by to take a visit. Amazing.

Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Went in one week and the wedding I ring wanted was out of stock, went back the following week and had a look at alternatives to which I found one I preferred. Carly was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us!

Had some problems with an engagement ring that was re-sized by Ernest Jones. The band became too thin and kept snapping. I asked to meet with the manager who was very polite and helpful and immediately told myself the options I had. We exhausted the options with the same style ring but unfortunately had to exchange the ring for a new one. Carly was so helpful throughout the experience and apologetic etc. Chris helped myself and my fiancée pick a new ring and was helpful in this process too. Thank you both so much.

Absolutely fantastic store, I have been purchasing with the wonderful Carly for over 12 years now. Both mine and my husbands wedding rings/engagement rings are from Ernest Jones. I wouldn't shop in any other jewellers. This is down to Carly and her fantastic team, in Plymouth. Carly & her team will always go that extra mile for the customer. This weekend Carly sourced a signet ring, that I was desperate for. I can't speak highly enough for this store.

My fiancée and I went in for our wedding rings after already shopped here before, we knew the quality and service would be excellent.The staff Gemma and Carly were fantasic, showing us options and keeping my little one entertained at the same time.They gave honest advice about everything in terms of what would work best. I am already planning to fo back for a couple of other bits for the wedding.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality and service.
