We normally love Domino?s but we?ve been let down the last two times with pizzas that are lacking the normal amount of cheese and sauce, so are dry and tasteless. I mentioned to the Domino?s customer service team who did not provide any reasonable resolution. We?ll probably just order and collect from the Plymouth, rather than Plympton branch going forward.

Very busy in there, employee seemed to forget who I was after 5minutes.

Fast service and easy to order online, but dang, flipping expensive. I could go to a restaurant for these prices. You can get 3 or 4 large pizzas at Asda for the price of 1 here. Really?

This has become a regular Saturday night takeaway (without Pj and Duncan, if you know you know). The pizzas are amazing, taste great and such good value for money. I HIGHLY recommend their new ultimate garlic bread I could quite happily live of that.The best thing is they also taste great the next day just bung them in the air fryer/oven and presto lunch aswell.

Kid-friendliness: I enjoyed the pizza when it was delivered and so I went into the store good customer service and fantastic pizza one of the staff Ryan was very helpful and polite and I would recommend this to more people again fantastic food and great service

Went to pick up mine and my daughter order last night. We got the message to say it was ready. When I arrived they said they had no record of the order. I went back to the car and got my phone. Then my daughter sent me the order number. The girl still couldn't find it. So I phoned my daughter again and she sent me a copy of the email. This time the girl went and got some help. They found it with the other ones on a shelf. Time I got it home that is less then a five minute drive both the pizzas were cold. So spent time braking the pizzas slices down to put it my microwave. So had to put it on plates, so had dishes, and it took time to reheat. So not a good start to a relaxing Saturday night.

Ordered a double decadence base yet again to find they had just put garlic butter inside it and not the sauce. The last few times I ordered online, there was no filling so I figured that I would go inside and order it and hopefully get what I?m actually paying extra for??unfortunately not yet again. Whenever I?m in Exeter, I order from sidwell street and they do a fantastic job and actually give you what you are paying the extra for!! I?ve complained to customer services online and because it?s a franchise store, they don?t seem to care. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Ordered two pizzas. One Texas bbq which came with no chicken and a meat pizza which I paid to upgrade to double decadence which came with two bases but no cheese filling at all. When asked why this was I was told they run out of chicken and were rationing the cheese filling as they were running low. Was offered to make them again but had already drove home and how would they remake what I paid for when they had ran out?!
