I recently purchased my new sofa, delivered last week without any issues. I was given an option to purchase easy glide costing £20 for the legs to prevent scratches on my wooden flooring, which I purchased but once arrived I was extremely disappointed & released that I was charged £20 for 4 little sticky plastic glide's which has already come off by moving the sofa . Nice Delivery chap also agreed that you could purchase big bag of them from Amazon for less than £10.

Spoke to a lady short grey hair the other day and was completely miss led, online ad said £699 then was told it was £800 not bad but thought okay fair enough then was told delivery was £130 odd pound extra bumping up again to over £900 asked if we could pick it up and got a sarcastic comment of yeah from Dorset. Walked right out and spent else where. Just poor service misleading ?last weekend? sale like it would be ending on Monday but didn?t till the Wednesday.

I ordered a sofa from DFS and while I'm really happy with the sofa itself, the experience getting there was very frustrating.
The initial delivery took 8 weeks, which I expected
- but unfortunately, the sofa arrived damaged.
DFS arranged to replace the damaged part, which took another 8 weeks. Disappointingly, the replacement arrived damaged in exactly the same spot. They then ordered a third replacement, which finally arrived in good condition after a few more weeks of waiting.
In total, it took several months and multiple deliveries before I received a sofa that was actually in perfect condition. Throughout this time, I wasn't offered any goodwill gesture or compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time.
While the end product is great, the customer service experience and lack of accountability were really disappointing. I hope DFS improves their quality control and customer care in the future.

Great sofa, nice staff (Plymouth) bad call center service and online service is poor, especially the chat bot, long wait on an item that was pre-made and terrible delivery and ended up being let down and having to arrange our own man with a van.

I recently visited DFS Plymouth and had a disappointing experience. The staff changed the price on a sofa we were interested in without any explanation and seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. When we asked for assistance, they simply suggested we order online instead of helping us in-store, which was frustrating since we wanted to make our purchase in person. Overall, I felt neglected as a customer and wouldn?t recommend this place.

Came in 2 weeks ago to look at sofas as on the hunt for a new one. The lady was so helpful and sent us the sofa with how much it would all be . She was helping out in plymouth but worked in the Exeter store . Lady wasn't pushy into buying anything. She answered all our questions we had and more . I'd definitely recommend that if you are looking for furniture as we was happy when we left the store . Thank you!

Totally disinterested staff, tried to get two salesmen to help, but they were more interested in replacing price tickets?. Left and went to spend money elsewhere? I guess they don?t work on commission so don?t care??!! Avoid

Disinterested staff and broken display items.
Went next door to Furniture Village and spent £7k on Parker Knowle sofa and chair: quality and five star service.
