Staff in my local store are generally really helpful, apart from Hugh. And as for the customer service via the phone. I spoke to 4 people who all were rude before I got through to the last person who didn?t talk over me took the time to listen to me and my issue (note that they put a message at the beginning of the call to treat they?re staff with respect - I expect the same back). The first 4 also told me incorrect information and made the me really concerned about my order (a large sum of money for me) and they didn?t care and I had to go into store customer service the next day and explain what had happened and they sorted it there and then.

Mostly unhelpful staff. Some seemed lost, some forgot l was there. Some gave me conflicting advice and information. Some seemed untrained and one was quite dismissive.
After 4...yes 4..visits in 24 hours l managed to find a member of staff who put the customer first and sold me a laptop and was able to technically set it up.
Since PC World days despite the adverts seen on TV, the store has lowered its standards. Silly me for trying to spend money in the store.
The lovely, charming young lady (she will know who l am referring to) spent a great deal of time advising me on what to do with my new laptop and set everything up for me.
Currys are lucky to have her in store. She is the only reason l gave 4 stars otherwise the score would have been 1.
Thank you to that lovely young lady.

My son had bought me a laptop that cost over £800 . For some reason, I put my password, and it would not let me open it.
However, the staff that assisted me dealt with the problem, and within minutes with my password boom, it was sorted.
I was so happy, and their customer service was amazing.
I am so thankful for all their help .

The Salesperson needs to be mentioned, Anastasia was the most helpful person I've EVER had the pleasure to be served by, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful, what she was unsure of sought guidance to answer all my questions, I am very grateful and was happy spending £700 on the coffee machine that was right for me.. Thank You isn't praise enough

Useless...walked in to buy an expensive camera, asked lady for a member of staff, who she contacted on her headphone, and there I stood for 10mins lady had walked off, and no sight of anyone else ... Walked out with out buying, will go online and buy direct from manufacturer
